I went to get my jeep washed today, like I have a dozen times in the past. I drove to the front where there was a lane opened, as I always do. I waited for someone to come to me, so I can tell them what I want. Instead another vehicle drives up and the little rude check in girl continues to ignore me and deals with the other vehicle. The other driver pulls his vehicle up next to mine (which mine was there first. Remember?). Two little cleaning ladies walk out of their little hide out hut, walk right past my jeep and start working on the other vehicle. As I stand near the check in area I cannot believe the girl has walked by me a handful of times and has yet to even acknowledge my presence. I refuse to patronize a business that doesn’t value a paying, returning, customer. I will NEVER let them touch my vehicle and they will never get another penny from me. I will tell all my friends they would be treated better if they went to the McDonald’s down the road and got a car wash in that crappy car washer.

When I drove up I was 2^nd inline to get my car vacuumed. I got the Platinum wash. It took over an hour before they had my car finished. Did a great job. If you have the time to wait they are worth a try.

Not busy; almost painful watching the Slow staff complete my car wash. Today is Labor Day and understand slow but slow is a pattern here…

I’ve been here twice and never again… The workers are rude and inattentive. Nobody is in a hurry and acts like they don’t care to have you as a customer. It is well worth the drive to the place off Hwy 6 and 59 in Town Center. It’s always packed, but they have excellent customer service and do an fantastic job!

I love the fact that once my car goes through the wash process, that is takes a little longer for them to clean, dry, and really finish the job right. Waiting an extra 2 minutes to get that extra cleaning /​shine is so worth it in my opinion. I actually just bought the monthly membership.

I love this place. Always take my new bimmer here and they fill her up and detail it! They don’t always have premium gas but that’s okay with me, not too much inconvenience. All for a really reasonable price too. I even have nice conversation with some of the staff.
The lounge is comfortable and complimentary wifi? Come on what’s not to love.
Definitely just get the basic wash though, that’s all I ever get and I’m not sure what more they could do. The entire thing always comes out looking brand new.
Sometimes it does take a little bit of time but that’s because they are out there making sure it’s entirely clean, which is again understandable.

A few weeks ago I brought my car to have an oil change and car wash. Was greeted by an older gentleman and he started right away. I went inside and sat in one of the comfortable chairs. Started to watch TV since others were reading books or newspapers. I found the remote and began watching anything I wanted. Quite enjoyable! The manager stopped by to say hello and to see if I needed anything. Different?! Usually only happens at a restaurant, right? Anyhow, about 25 minutes go by and my oil change was completed. So I paid my bill and watched as my car went through the wash bay. About 10 minutes later I was on my way!
I liked it so much that I’ve recommended them to my friends that swore off the place when it was owned by the previous owners.
MY WIFE IS GOING TOMORROW, THATS HOW MUCH I TRULY TRUST THIS PLACE!

This place has gone from bad to worse. I understand it’s under new management since some time in 2013. Problems remain: no supervision of employees, dirty establishment, no attention to detail at all on interior or exterior of vehicles being washed (isn’t this supposed to be a «detail» shop?). No point in waiting 40 minutes to have a simple wash and vacuum on a Thursday afternoon, when I have to go home and redo parts of it. Good riddance. Don’t waste your time going here!

I went here to get my oil changed on a Saturday. It was busy and I expected to wait longer than usual. I had sat for awhile before I went to go see where the mechanics were with my car. Not only was my car not in the garage, but there was an employee sitting in my car eating watermelon. As funny as it sounds, I found it quite annoying. They also lost the windshield washer cap. I will let them wash my car again, but I will never let them change my oil. Completely unprofessional.

Came in one day to get an oil change and the included free carwash with said oil change and was pleasantly surprised. Price-​wise, they’re maybe two or three dollars more than most places will charge for an oil change, and the fact that it comes with a carwash definitely made it enticing. I was surprised that the free carwash also included interior detailing, making for a pretty great value. The employees could have been nicer, and the oil change took quite a bit longer than the 20 minutes they had quoted. Overall, not a bad place to kill two birds with one stone.

Would not honor coupon at full amount. Claimed misprint. AFTER I noticed they shorted me, they said «Look, we have a letter 20 feet behind our register that tells you». Finally I was RUDELY refunded the shorted amount with the comment «That should help you become a millionaire». Idiots with no concept of customer service. I was spending about $ 500 /​year here. Now it will be $ 0, the number of stars I wish I could leave.
