Pediatric Center

This practice actually deserves a 5 star because the doctors are awesome and the environment is extremely clean. BUT they’re are some rude staffs who works for these awesome doctors that makes my appointments uncomfortable.
I’ve been going the new territory location (99 and 90) for the longest and then I moved to Richmond/​Katy. The convent thing was the just opened a new location 5 minutes from my new home! Score! But my bubbles were popped as soon I walked in the office and greeted but the rude older Caucasian lady, who never has a smile on. She also never speaks to ANYONE and a nice mannered way. She never spend anytime trying to explain anything, she normally just brush you off (rudely). She makes me feel uncomfortable to approach the window because I know when I leave I’ll be upset. It seems to me that she likes no one, herself as well.
I feel bad for those awesome doctors behind her, who does an amazing job with my kids! I seriously love every doctors of this practice especially Dr. Smith and Dr. Knobel. I’m seriously thinking about driving 25 minutes out of the way to go the my original location just because of this rude old lady.

Clean office, Friendly staff, Knowledgeable doctors, several locations, and affordable payment plans if child has no insurance. Dr. Knoebel and Dr. smith/​Dr. Thomas are extremely patient and helpful.
