Pizza Hut

Delivery comes in after TWO 2 hours and I’m only about a mile and half away saying it’s been «a crazy night». Just told the guy to take it back since we ate something else already and didn’t want a cold pizza.
Called multiple times and they gave a different excuse as to why I still hadn’t received pizza yet. I just moved to this Pizza Hut’s delivery zone and I am a pizza hut fan will NOT be ordering from this location again.
If you want delivery and actually want to eat warm pizza do yourself a favor and Order from Dominoes or Papa John’s instead. AVOID at all costs if you’re hungry!!!

I’ve ordered from this location three times and every time the driver shows up missing something from my order. Avoid this location at all costs. Not sure how hard it is to read an order and bring the entire thing. Apparently way beyond these people.

The person who took my order over the phone was rude and rushed me off the phone. I could barely understand what she was saying because she was talking so fast and mumbling. When I got there, my pizzas were ready, but she did not greet me nor did she show me my pizzas. When I got home, I opened the boxes and both pizza had the wrong crust. I did not order garlic crust or pan. I ordered hand-​tossed. The slices were not cut evenly and some of the slices were not even cut all the way through. I had to cut them myself with my pizza cutter. The pizza was greasy and doughy. I will not be getting anything else from this pizza hut and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody!!! If they can’t do any better than this, they need to close the doors permanently!!!

I arrived to see my online order shown as ready on the display monitor, as I watched the trainee still making the order. I asked the manager «shouldn’t the wings be tossed in the sauce, instead of just pouring a ladle of sauce into the box», she replied either way is fine. As the employee was bringing my order, she dropped it on the floor. I asked that she remake the order, which she replied «the box, didn’t come open». She reluctantly restarted my order, as I went next door to purchase a drink (big mistake). I returned in less than 5 minutes and my order ready sitting in the warmer. What should be obvious to everyone, is that she gave me the same «dropped» food. Unfortunately this is not my first bad experience, at this Pizza Hut. It will be my last !!! From the manager down there is a total lack of professionalism.

Delivery driver has shown up repeatedly without parts of my order, said they’d go pick up the missing items, never came back. They’ve had to repeatedly call to tell me that items I’ve ordered online (usually the pastas) aren’t «available» at their location so I can’t actually have them. Delivery times are occasionally in excess of 2 hours on slow nights (Mondays, Tuesdays). Food is often cold, undercooked, unmelted cheese… Honestly, I can’t believe I kept giving them chances, knowing that the location is total trash. Papa Johns, Dominoes, Little Caesars, even Totino’s $.99 frozen pizzas are better than ordering from here.
