Painfully slow service in the dining room. Like forever. Left plenty of time to craft a review. Alas, with no food to discuss, all I can do is note that the server is also tasked with carry-out orders and that there are bugs in the window sills. And nobody smiles. That’s a bit sad. And there’s a stale, standing water kind of smell. My daughter won’t let us go instead to a local place we know. She also wants to know why we’re waiting so long for our cheese sticks. Some time has passed… still no food. We aren’t starving yet. I give up. I see lots of folks picking up food and taking it home. I wish we were at home. Or that it was like back in the day, when Pizza Hut restaurants had video game cabinets in them. I might be less aware of the passage of time if I could play some Ms. Pac-Man. I could even teach my daughters to play. Instead I get to write a boring review about slow service. The cheese sticks arrived. Two positive notes: they’re hot, fresh, and tasty, and they arrived ahead of the pizza. Maybe not quite enough positive news yet to offset the wait, but at least it’s not all bad news. As we were about halfway through the cheese sticks, the pie arrived. A pepperoni lovers on a stuffed crust. It’s greasy. I know that’s a given at Pizza Hut, but I really am kind of blown away by the sheer quantity of grease. Getting past that, the pizza itself is a sort of monument to gooey, cheesy goodness. And grease. The pile of paper towels – there are rolls of paper towels at each table! – I’ve used is about half the size of the tray the pizza came on. I’m not faulting this location for that. I got a greasy pizza. In summary, it’s Pizza Hut quality with really slow, not particularly enthusiastic service. We didn’t die, but we will probably forget the experience.

DONTORDERHERE! Honestly when it comes to pizza i love Pizza hut. But this store has got to be the worst ive been and ordered from! I ordered pizza once which said it would take about an hour to get delivered and it didnt… it took about 2 hours! Thats crazy my pizza was cold and management did nothing about it. They are the rudest people in there. I’ve also been in the store to eat and it isnt any faster. Pick up, delivery, dine in. It’s ALL bad.

Manager was extremely unhelpful when their online ordering was glitching. I had a coupon code and he didn’t care that online ordering wasn’t working, he wouldn’t honor it. Horrible customer service. I told him I’d take my business elsewhere, and he didn’t care. I recommend everyone else does the same, especially after reading all of the other reviews on this place.

Absolutely terrible. Doesn’t even taste like Pizza Hut pizza. I ordered online, and arrived when the confirmation email said my food would be ready. The pizza was lukewarm and the crust tasted odd. The flavor was off somehow. Couldn’t put my finger on it but I hope I’m not regretting it later tonight. I also ordered the cinnamon sticks for dessert. They were rock-hard stale, the lid to the dipping sauce was open with a crust on top of the sauce(GROSS!!!). Totally inedible. Pizza Hut Corporate should be ashamed to let this location continue to operate. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut it down. Needless to say, I will never return to this location.

Worst experience ordering a pizza EVER! Ordered the holiday special was told it would arrive at 1:16 or there about it never came so at 30 minutes late I called and spoke to their call center was told it was on its way, still never came I called back again spoke to, the call center was told I they had one driver today and I was next to be delivered. Never came. Called back and ask to be transferred to the store and was told that was not possible. I then was told my pizza was again on its way. I then canceld my order. Order placed at 12:43 was told estimate eta was 1:16 after canceling my order it actually showed up anyway at 3:33 cold and unfortunately a guest at my home actually paid for it thinking it was the re order that I had placed with another pizza delivery outfit. I was lied to over and over again by customer service about the status of my order I finally canceled it they sent it anyway cold. What is worse it is Impossiable to even call the actual store to find out the problem. Never once was I even offered a discount or an apology. Lost my business

Worst experience ever! A group of 5 of us tried to eat in. Waited forever to be seated not very busy in the dining area. After finally being seated we got menus. Then nothing! So our table along with another table walked out. The staff made it very obvious they did not want to be there. Pretty much ignoring guests on purpose. Everything seemed to be a big mess. People showing up for take out waiting forever. Stay far far away from this place. There are plenty of pizza places in the area. We ended up less than 5 minutes away at Apollos Pizza. They were glad to take our money and give us good service. And whats up with the bistro theme? There is nothing at all special about this place. It is obvious that Pizza Hut corporate does not care about this particular location. All I see in hindsight is horrible reviews in the past and this place is still horrible.

I saw a commercial for the 2 medium @ $ 6.99/pizza deal at Pizza Hut and I usually get Domino’s or Papa Johns so I thought I’d break away from the norm and give it a try… I quickly learned that was a mistake. Order placed around 7:30. Expected to pick it up at around 8:00. Walked in around 8:00 and noticed the place looked completely trashed! My fiancé commented that it looked like the tables/dining area hadn’t been bussed or cleaned all day! GROSS! Horrible, disgusting 1st impression upon walking into this restaurant. Glanced up at the board and the pizza says ‘Ready.’ Awesome! Paid for it and the lady at the counter said its not ready so I’d have to wait. Well… thats contradicting of what the board said. And now I just paid for it. Honestly, I should have cancelled the order purely because if the dining room(which is visible to the public) is that dirty, I can only(not that I want to) imagine what the kitchen looks like. Reluctantly, I wait. My name disappears off the board and I walk up and ask what’s going on. She says«Oh! It just came out of the oven.» At this point, the lady at the front with gross red nails with even worse looking rhinestones on it started to become short and rude. Not cool — why is getting pizza from here worst experience than buying a used car?! So…why did it say ready when I walked in? I’d go on a limb and say that the system problem manages the time it takes from order to ready and whomever is in the back is pushing things through to meet standards before actually doing the task — so in fact, it says ready and the system thinks they’re within spec but in fact its not. That’s just my speculation. Needless to say, I wasted $ 20. I’m not sure I feel comfortable eating it just based on what I saw in the establishment. I think I’ll stick to Papa John’s or Domino’s. They’re consistently good and their stores don’t look a wasteland. Check out the pictures I shared…

Ordered on line was told order would be ready at 545pm — when I arrived at 550pm cashier took my money and said it was almost ready. 20 minutes later I finally was asked what my ticket number was but order still didn’t show up. A further 10 minutes later the big box I ordered was put into my hands and server acted surprised when I asked to open box to check contents. Inside one pizza was all over the place but no wings or sauce for the breadsticks — took another 5 or so minutes for the wings and sauce arrived. At no time did anyone apologize if explain the incompetence. Will never go back here.

Tried coming in to eat with my family tonight, around 7pm. As we were getting out of the car a couple coming out told us to go somewhere else if we want good service. Decided to take a chance as our kiddos were getting very hungry. We walk in, only one couple in the main dining area and a family getting pizza to go. We wait to be seated. The girl tells us to hold on and she goes an looks for a table for us, the whole dining room was empty, mind you. She comes back and we head to a table. I said I prefer a booth. She then said«well there all dirty!». I just okay then we left. The restaurant was slow. One couple in the main area and you couldn’t just quickly wipe down a booth for us. That’s ridiculous! The restaurant was slow. If a place can’t even be bother to wipe down there tables, I definitely don’t want to eat there. Who knows how clean the kitchen is then?

Disappointed in your hotdog pizza crust. the pizza part was delicious but the hotdogs themselves tasted cheap without much flavor. sucks because i was really looking foward to it but i know i wont be getting it again. if you guys decide to come out with something like this again please step it up! I usually check a few Unilocal reviews before I venture in to a new spot. I can tell within the first couple of minutes once inside if a restaurant has a hard time getting good help. The red flag went up as soon as I arrived here. Monday evening. Two tables with customers. Oh wait only one table with actual customers, the other was a couple of kids under 10 that were making lots of noise and playing around. I soon realized they were being watched(a little) by their Mother that was working her shift at the Pizza Hut. Several tables had not been cleaned and they stayed that way through my visit. Once my waitress got to my table se was very nice. Took my order and once served didn’t see her again until I went up to the register and asked for my bill. Don’t let the Bistro Fanfare fool you… it’s just a regular Pizza Hut. If you dine in… be aware they don’t have plates bigger than 8 inches. Just ridiculous. The pizza was good and thus the two stars. Customer Service pretty much a One Star. I’d be surprised if I ever return here.

I am a fan of Pizza Hut but you need to stay away from this location. Lack of any care or concept of customer service. Left waiting for 10 minutes up front with no greeting for carry out. Finally had to call the store to get someone to come up front. No apology was given as I was a clear in-connivence for the server who was outside smoking. Price was as expected. All outside parking lighting was off. I won’t stop getting Pizza Hut. Will just never go there again.

Alright, so before anyone thinks that this is an attack on Pizza Hut, I assure you it’s not. Quite the opposite actually. When my fiancée and I are in the mood for a pan pizza with a nice, buttery crust and a side of breadsticks, Pizza Hut normally places at the top of our list. I have no problem giving a Pizza Hut a 4 or 5, but the fact is, this particular Pizza Hut has some problems. –Service: I’m going to start this review off a little differently. Normally I start with Food, but the huge and glaring problem here is the Service. We were seated fairly quickly and it didn’t take us too long to get the menu, but that’s just about the only positive thing in this category. It’s pretty clear pretty quickly that the staff do not want to be there. From sullen attitudes to an overall lack of care, most of the staff just seemed to have that«meh» feeling. I get it, it’s a Pizza Hut, it’s not a 5 star hotel, but it’s still a job where part of the overall dining experience is interacting with your customers. In fairness, our particular waitress was at times nice, but only really towards the end. Cold staff aside, we ordered sometime around 7:00PM and it was no earlier than 7:25PM when we got our food. Not once in the middle did our waitress tell us that things were on their way, kitchen is running behind, almost ready, caught on fire and extinguished, etc. Now, I’ve been to a Pizza Hut before, and I don’t think I’ve ever waited 25 minutes before. Coupled with the staff not caring to tell you, or even really acknowledging our presence, it left a sour taste. It wasn’t even that busy. –Atmosphere: So the building itself says Pizza Hut Italian Bistro, as do some of their signs. The actual interior is different than normal Pizza Huts and has some different wallpaper and designs. The table we were at was really clean. –Italian Bistro?: While we fully planned on getting a cheese pizza and breadsticks, we were curious as to what the«Italian Bistro» portion of the name brought to the menu. I was a bit confused as it seems that the menu itself mentioned nothing out of the ordinary; not a different color, design, or anything stood out. There were a few more pasta sides, but I think that Pizza Hut is going more towards this anyway. I later found in a couple reviews on here that the«Italian Bistro» portion was abandoned, and the menu basically confirms this. Bummer, since they have it plastered all over the exterior and walls. –Food: We ended up getting a large cheese pan pizza and breadsticks. They were pretty good. More or less exactly what you’d expect from a Pizza Hut. The food wasn’t the problem here. Slightly odd side note, the plates that we were given were about an inch shorter in diameter than the slices from our pizza were, so there was no way to put it on the plate without it hanging off. Don’t even think about what this means for the breadsticks. We actually found this mistake humorous. –Cost: Our meal maybe came to $ 15. –Overall: This Pizza Hut has some problems. The staff is not motivated to be there, the exterior /name is misleading, and the wait times are inexplicably long. If you don’t care about any of this, the food isn’t bad, but surely there are some other Pizza Huts in the area, or other pizza places in general. It still makes me chuckle how small our plates were.

Food good. Kitchen slow… very slow. Not the place to go if you are in a hurry. Always slow. Always. I’ve given them a few chances recently. I’ve been disappointed every time. There are other pizza places around. I don’t think I’ll be returning here anytime soon.

Sat promptly, but a server didn’t get to our table for 15 minutes and restaurant was empty. Carpet and tables were very messy. Service was ok. Pizza was overly greasy(even for PH). No salad bar or buffet, so unable to get a salad with our pizza. IMHO, with all the great pizza places around, I’d use this Pizza Hut for delivery only.

Consistency is not in their dictionary at all. However, every time I order online for pickup food is ready for me and still warm. Haven’t had any real quality issues except for one time which was due to not much toppings and the pizza was not fully cut at all. I can not comment on actually eating in as I also do carry out.
