Was assisted by Carolyn who provided superb customer service when I went to tour my unit reserved online. She was very friendly, informative, and took the time to show me additional units in order to help me decide what unit size would best suite my storage needs and budget, thanks!

Worst storage facility ever. In 5 months my rate has been raised 3 times. I’m not paying $ 50 a month for a 5×5 (not climate controlled unit) I signed a contract and yet my rate still continues to rise every other month. Good luck finding someone to talk to if you need help. As soon as I get the opportunity, I’m getting my stuff out and taking it elsewhere. Very disappointed. On, and the units are ver insecure. With a good jerk, you can open any unit. Very flimsy doors.

Sometimes you just need a 10×10 box to hold your stuff. Well, I don’t. My roommate does. Luckily, it’s right at the end of the block because it seems as soon something goes into storage he needs it again. They have pretty decent hours, and the code to open the gate is über-long. so that’s a good first line of defense.
One thing I do wonder (I guess I could ask someone who works here), if you don’t leave by 9pm are you trapped on the inside?
