The selection is really good and they did a good job with my car. The customer service is horrendous. They cant help you with figuring out the online payment system, you will be placed on hold forever, multiple times. However, if you’re late on a payment, they will call you multiple times back to to back — which is understandable. My frustration is that the customer service is not professional. Most of the staff mumbles, so you don’t really know what they’re saying. I do think there are better options in regards to customer service at other rim/​tire locations. If you don’t want to be insulted, repeatedly, go somewhere else.
