Used most of the larger car stereo shops in Richmond & I’ve been bringing my car/​s here for 15 years now. They’re knowledgeable, fast, fair, do quality work & their prices are really reasonable, they won’t try to sell you stuff that you don’t need like some other shops. From basic to unlimited budget, they can do it all, & they won’t treat you like crap if you’re not spending a lot of money; they’ll treat you the same, with courtesy & respect, if you’re just buying parts as they will if you intend to spend thousands.
Wanted to get some work done yesterday & they were super busy so the owner even offered to open up early for me on Monday to get my work done, then ended up fitting me in anyway. You don’t get that type of service everywhere, especially these days. Don’t think I’ll be taking my car anywhere else as long as these guys are around. Only giving them 5 Stars cause I can’t give them 6. From the outside they may not look flashy but don’t judge a book by its cover. Give them a try, you definitely WON’T be disappointed.

This company is great and the price is right!!! They install Multimedia DVD Receiver with Navigation/​Bluetooth/​HD Radio. When I needed assistant they were right there for support. The owner is great and they establish a very professional atmosphere.
