Brought my 4S in with a dead screen. Dropped it in a puddle. They told me it would be replaced by 1, so I came back around 2:30. It was still out front and the girl said their tech couldn’t fix it. I asked why and, after calling him, she said the mother board was water damaged. Well, since everything else worked (notifications, ringer, iMessage) I was skeptical. I changed the screen myself and now it works. Won’t be back, wouldn’t recommend.

Drove 20 minutes out of my way to get my screen fixed after calling and being told I did not need to make an appointment and no one was available to fix my phone. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time. Back to fruit fixed it is.

I cracked my iPad screen for the second time. This time, I’m just happy I already knew about the great service here at RVA. The cost is very reasonable and even better, I picked my iPad up just a few hours after dropping it off. The people there are really nice, too.

My son cracked the screen of his iPad mini, but luckily everything else is working. Apple charges $ 199 and although I trust they will fix it correctly, it’s just too much money. Thanks to Unilocal,I found RVA Wireless. The key word here is trust! Even though the reviews were excellent, I was still hesitant. If you feel the same, then perhaps my review will help. RVA Wireless was friendly, professional, understanding, affordable and fast! I got my son’s iPad back in under 3 hours and in perfect working condition. I hope I don’t need this service again but it’s comforting to know who you can trust. Thank you RVA wireless!

I shattered the front of my iphone 5S and I took it to RVA Wireless after an hour they had my phone looking brand new! Great customer service as well. I would definitely recommend RVA Wireless for anyone who needs cell phone repair.

Took my 4S in for a battery change. Handed it over, it came back in 5 minutes! I was skeptical that they did anything! I questioned the tech and he assured me that he had put a brand new battery in, and I had 30 days to bring it back in. Still skeptical, I whipped out my swiss army knife which has a magnifying glass on it and checked the screws. They had obviously been removed. The iPhone is holding a charge like it’s brand new. This guys are fast, competent and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again!

Had my iPhone 5s stepped on with a soccer cleat. Looked like a bad spider web.
They fixed the screen in 20 minutes for $ 110.
Not super cheap, but wayyyy better than Apple and super convenient.

I came in not too long ago to have my severely cracked 4s screen fixed. It ended up being fixed right then and there! I am amazed about how fast the turnaround is, and at a reasonable price as well. My phone looks and feels brand new. Hopefully I will not have to come back for a cracked screen, but I now know where to go if it ever does happen. Would definitely recommend.

This was my second time visiting RVA in 7 months and these guys never cease to amaze me at how fast they can fix a broken iPhone. In 20 mins they replaced my shattered screen, fixed the broken home button, and replaced the battery. Like most people; I live on my phone most hours of the day so this speedy turnaround was a HUGE benefit and very much appreciated. They also informed me they buy-​back old phones which is great! When the iPhone6 arrives, I’ll certainly head back to RVA to collect cash for my old phone.

I had my battery replaced today on my iPhone 5, and the life is exactly the same as it was before (about 2 hours before dead) Before I accuse them of taking $ 40 of my money without actually doing a thing, I’m going to assume they replaced it with another used battery from one of the many phones they buy from patrons who come to sell their used products. Either way, this feels like a scam. I’ll be back tomorrow to see what they say. No bueno.

Just got my lg g2 repaired in 45 minutes cheaper than all the other repair shops in town! Very friendly and fast they also purchased my broken 4s for good price which I was gonna throw away!

30 min and I was done. Fixed my iPhone 5 screen. Great quality of work. I was a little worried but about my phone but it looks good as new now. Call them and get an estimate on your work. They beat 2 places’ estimates for me. Apple store told me I would need an appointment but these guys did it in 30 minutes no appointment needed.

I was in Richmond area on Christmas and I dropped my iPhone 5 on the concrete and completely shattered the glass screen. So I googled for iPhone repair and called few stores and these guys were cheaper than any other body in Richmond area. They were very professional and had it fixed so fast I was shocked how fast they did it. They also recommended a case for me to protect my phone so I don’t break the glass for a third time, they gave me a discount on the case and on phone repair just because I was their first costumer after Christmas. So sweet! Both guys are super nice and friendly, they answer all of your questions and concerns! I highly recommend this cell phone repair store. You can go there with confidence and you will get a fair deal, good service and a solid repair.

I broke my Galaxy S screen and searched forever for a place to get it fixed for a reasonable price … then I kinda gave up but I went to Wendy’s for lunch and just happened to see RVA wireless on my way out of the parking lot they fixed my S3 like new their timeline was spot on and the price was right … I hope I don’t have to but if it happens again I will definitely take it back to them!!!

I originally took my Iphone4 to Verizon Wireless for an issue where I couldn’t be heard on voice calls unless I was using the speaker, ultimately it was suggested that I go to the Apple store for support. The experts at the Genius Bar stated I had water damage and there wasn’t an offer made to repair. In search for a new phone I went to AT&T to take a look at the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active and a very knowledgeable salesman referred me to RVA Wireless and I couldn’t be happier!!! I took my phone in and explained my phone woes and he advised what I needed, said it would take about 20 minutes. The service I received was stellar and at a great value. Henceforth, if you have any phone issues and/​or repairs needed I would definitely check out RVA Wireless.
