Romanza Pizza

A corner pizza, subs, and pasta spot it’s one of the few mom and pops owned and ran on the North side of Broad and only a few blocks from where I work. The first time I came here I thought it might have been closed down already by the run down covers and fading signs that cover the entrance and looking inside already lets you know there not trying to win any ambiance competitions. The seating and most of the inside is bare but clean and the owner, Pops, has always been there every time I’ve gone. Pops and his staff are really laid back and nice and always have thrown in a freebie here and there for just being pleasant and chatting with him for a few. The food is ok and gets the job done. The pizza is a little on the grease side but nothing a napkin could fix and the subs are good and they never skimp on the toppings on both.
It’s an ok place that’s never to busy and best thing about them is that they don’t have a minimum for their delivery which is great when you’re just ordering for yourself at the office.
