So delicious! The lady was super nice and welcoming! They’re cupcakes and cakes are very well made.

I ordered cake last week for my granddaughter’s third birthday. Our party theme was a Christmas cookie decorating party for the kids and we wanted something that was both birthday and Christmas. I showed some photos of Dr. Seuss’ Whoville cakes for the theme that I thought we be cute. She called me yesterday to let me know the cake was ready (ahead of schedule) and when I saw it I was floored! This surpassed my expectation and was much nicer than the pictures I had shown her. The creativity and detail was impressive. It tasted fantastic, the kids were excited and quite a few parents wanted to know where it came from. Thank you so very much! They did a great job making Sesame Street cookies for my daughter’s birthday on short notice. They looked great and were delicious! Everybody loved them! Thanks so much!

My son had a game truck party w/​a video gaming theme. The owner was super friendly and willing to work with my crazy ideas. I took her 3 pictures of what I wanted and voila… The result was EXACTLY what I had in mind– everything looked great and tasted fantastic.

Very Friendly Owner. We went in on my son’s birthday to see if there were any pre-​made cakes, but found out that it is best to order ahead of time. We tried a chocolate cookie and a lemon cupcake. They were super Yummy. I highly recommend this place based on the flavor of the treats and the cool 3D shapes she makes. I’ll certainly order ahead of time, next year.

We went in to place a cake order and we had a short time frame that we needed the cake. We were accommodated. The staff did seem a little unorganized and disheveled but overall friendly. The price was quite high for a rather plain cake, tho.
While placing our order, we did buy three cupcakes to try. The icing was very very sweet and I could not eat it. The butter cake was nothing special and didn’t have much flavor. My children had chocolate and vanilla and they liked them, tho I didn’t try them.
In the end, we didn’t need the cake so we cancelled the order. The person on the phone didn’t seem too pleased about the cancellation but it was in enough time and they hadn’t started baking or working on the cake.
Based on the cupcake I purchased, I would not return to order a cake. It just didn’t please me at all. Their pics of past cakes look great and their decorating skills seem good but the flavor and icing just wasn’t there.

Had my son’s birthday cake made here. It was PERFECT! I was originally only going to buy a one tier chocolate cake with a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle design but after tasting the cup cakes I added a second tier for the butter cake. it’s a must have!!! I wanted a three tier, to add the strawberry cake but I only needed one tier and already upgraded to two. Everyone thought the cake looked and tasted perfect. It was worth every penny

Kristen and group at Sassy Cakes were so easy to work with and made the entire experience easy. Co-​hosting a co-​ed baby shower in Richmond, and had to plan long distance. I was responsible for the cookies and cupcakes, and used Unilocal to try to find a bakery in the area the shower would be, so I could pick up the day of the shower after driving into town.
Well, they did not disappoint!
I had sent a number of pictures for designs, along with the invitation so the theme could be consistent. It was perfect and just what I was wanting!
Not only did they look fabulous, everything tasted wonderful! The cookies and cupcakes were the first to go out of all of the desserts!
I can’t thank Sassy Cakes enough for making the baby shower extra special!

I stopped by to checkout this shop and I really hope it does well. Unfortunately I couldn’t give it the higher stars because I had to compare the quality to other cupcake shops. I went and had 3 cupcakes: strawberry, orange dreamsicle, and caramel. The icing is similar to the sweetness and texture as that of a grocery store’s bakery shop. The decorations were very simple, nothing fancy like gigi’s cupcakes. I can say the cake was very moist but the flavor was mild. The cost was better than most places at $ 2 a cupcake when other shops charge $ 3.50 and higher. There also wasn’t anything fancy in the inside of the cupcakes.

I used Sassy Cakes from a distance as part of our gender reveal for my family. After calling numerous bakeries it was refreshing to talk to someone with great customer service and who seemed excited to take care of this «special» order. Sassy Cakes was able to have our surprise cupcakes ready within the HOUR for my brother to pick up on his way home from work. The price was very reasonable and I’m told the cupcakes were delicious. I can’t wait to order more for my sister’s wedding shower this summer. THANK YOU Sassy Cakes for making a special day for us very easy and enjoyable!

We had 3 dozen decorated cookies made for our holiday party. She was able to make them custom and adorable and Delicious! And we were able to pick up on a Saturday! Will definitely order from here again!

I had order a graduation cake in December from Sassy Cakes and it was absolutely amazing! It was to feed about 80 people or so but sadly not everyone showed up to the party due to the weather and other engagements but regardless, the cake was about almost gone! The only part left was where it said «Congratulations». I have always loved their cupcakes as well. I haven’t gotten to try any of their other baked sweets but once I’m able to I definitely will! They always do such an amazing job and the staff is super friendly. They have a facebook page for people to check out the cakes they have done, so go check it out!

Any time you move from out of town to a new location and you need to bring something to a party you need something trustworthy. I called last minute over to Sassy Cakes in search actually of a pie, however after a few minutes on the phone I knew I had to come in person and check this place out. Kristen Albrecht is an absolute darling and her cupcakes are amazing! Take light, fluffy cake that dances on your tongue and cover it with homemade buttercream frosting. Unreal. I will be coming back, and I will be telling people. Kudos to Sassy Cakes, I forecast them moving to Sugar Land Town Center inside of a year.

Ordered a «Sofia the first» theme cupcakes and a personal sized cake for the birthday girl. The cupcakes turned out absolutely adorable with the little fondant flowers on each cupcake! The personal cake was made to look like Sofia’s dress with an amulet. The icing was spread so smooth! Not a line visible! It was just perfect. Cake was soft and moist. Not too sweet either. Everyone enjoyed it!
