Decided to try something different than frozen yogurt with my little one. I was very disappointed. Place was dirty. So were the bathrooms. They were out of kid’s small cups do the lady tried to charge me for a small. I don’t think so. I will not be back.

I came in here for the first time since I had a hankering for a strawberry milkshake. While the lady was very sweet and helpful, my milkshake was not good. It tasted of mostly milk and I had to throw it away after the first few sips. Considering it was almost $ 8 for a small, I wish I could’ve gotten my money back. I will not be back.

I used to some here quite often; however since my last incident I’d rather go to Kroger and get better customer service checking out then come back here. I purchased a milk shake and politely told the lady that I did not like the taste of it; and asked for either a new one or a refund. And just when you think customer service couldn’t get any worse this was her reply” it’s not our fault you don’t like the taste, if you make you another one we have lost on inventory”, «you can pay for a new one that is the only way you will get something else», «You Americans think you can get everything for free!!! Then when I asked for the manager she didn’t know the contact information. If I could give this place negative reviews I would; too bad their ice cream usually is good. I couldn’t believe this customer service. You would think they would hire people that actually respect their customers considering they only have 1 – 2 cars there they don’t have any room for this. I hope you whoever reads this drives a few more minutes and find somewhere else!

What a wonderful franchise with awesome ice cream and smoothie that are wayyyy over priced. Yes i do admit the taste is very authentic and there are many toppings but 6.99 for a blueberry smoothie?! You got to be kidding me. I have been coming here since 2007 and it use to be 4.49 and 2.50 difference?! I m rethinking about this smoothie drinking habit of mine.
This location is very convenient and the lady who gave me free gummy bear after I bought a birthday cake is very sweet! I mean who doesn’t like gummy bear!

The ice cream is great but the service is horrible. Everyone behind the counter was moving in slow motion even though there was a line. In fact one person was apathetically filling orders while the other two were just standing there looking bored. When one other guy pitched in it was obvious you’d get a good deal or a bad one depending on who filled your cup. My husband and I shared a large and it was significantly less ice cream than the person behind us with a medium so we felt pretty ripped off. To top off the experience our «mixed in» fudge was pooled at the bottom of the cup. I like Marble Slab but we’ll drive into Sugar Land next time.

This place has good ice cream. I don’t expect a cheap price from a ice cream parlor it is what it is. If you want cheap ice cream then go to Kroger and buy it. I enjoy coming here when we do come here the ice cream is flavorful and the staff is usually pretty friendly.
