I went in to buy a mattress yesterday. The salsman was great. he helped me pickout a matterss that I would be happy with. I had no idea what I really wanted, we went from mattress to mattress and he explained all of the diffrences. He worked with me until I finally narrowed down my choices and made my selection. The salesman’s name was Fabian Hoyos. If you are looking for a new mattress ask for him he was great.

This Mattress Firm is located in the Brazos Town Center shopping complex in Rosenberg. My wife and I were shopping to replace our old mattress with a memory foam mattress set. We did a lot of research on the internet before we started shopping. We went to two Mattress Firm stores near our house, but we didn’t like the salesmen. They work on a commission and you can tell. Since I did the homework, I was able to counter their false statements about warranty issues, mattress quality, and«deals.» We then went to Macys hoping for a better encounter. The same thing happened. It’s amazing how these people work on commission and they have no idea what they’re selling. I caught all of them lying about the mattress and the warranties. We finally tried the Mattress Firm in the Brazos Town Center(Rosenberg). It would be our third and final try at a Mattress Firm store. We were greeted by a sales rep named Ron. We found Ron to be honest and knowledgeable with the store’s mattresses. He also gave us some good insight on what to look for in a mattress and which box springs we needed(standard or low profile). I was having some lower back issues and Ron did suggest we try the memory foam mattress. We were trying to decide between the TempurPedic and the Serta IComfort. The TempurPedic was a bit more expensive, but Ron didn’t try to push either mattress on us. He basically gave us the good and bad in both mattresses and said it’s all about personal preference(a very true statement). We went with the IComfort because of the price. After the sale, Ron gave us some suggestions on how to break in the new memory foam mattress before our first night. We set up a delivery date on a Sunday between 9am-12pm. I have read several complaints about Mattress Firm’s delivery issues and was concern. Our last mattress we got from Fingers and that was a nightmare delivery. We made sure Ron knew we were concerned about the delivery. He assured us everything would be ok. The delivery guys were at our house by 11am. They set everything up and carried off the old mattress set. We are very happy with our purchase and with Ron’s professionalism. Our first night we had a very restful sleep. We’ve had the mattress set now for 5 nights and I no longer have pain in my lower back(even after putting heavy boxes into the attic). If you are looking for a mattress set then you better do your homework. Think of it as buying a car and dealing with a car salesman. They’re on commission so you better know what you’re talking about. Oh, and watch out for the hidden fees such as delivery, removal fees, and restocking fees(Macys had all of these). I highly suggest you check out this particular Mattress Firm store and talk to Ron.
