I downloaded Unilocal only to write a 5 star review, if that tells you anything. Larry was my sales rep and did everything right. Educated me from the second I walked in, and put me on the perfect bed for me. Dealt with my calling and changing box springs — twice! (not because something was wrong, but just the way it fits with my bed).
He handled everything like a pro and made it easy for me. Customer service was Larry’s number one priority, no doubt about it. Only thing he didn’t do was carry stuff to my truck for me like the other guy apparently does a lot.
As far as price, I shopped around to three other places in the area, and the last two competitors told me that I was getting a great deal on a great mattress and they couldn’t match it.
And after all that, I’m really happy with the mattress too. 5 stars.

The moment I walked in Joe greeted me and began to show me all of the many choices. Before I spoke with Joe I had no idea there was so much to a mattress. I learned so much. Joe made sure the mattress I liked was perfect for my needs. He was so friendly and even got me a great deal on my mattress! He helped me carry my other items to my car and was such a pleasure to interact with. I also met Travis, he was also helpful and a great person to deal with. If you are searching for a new mattress go here! You won’t regret it.

With two mattress firms being so close to each other I wasn’t sure which to go to. I spoke over the phone to both stores and based on the friendliness of brice over the phone, I decided to drop into this location. Brice helped me find the best mattress while keeping my budget in mind and was never pushy. He had patience with me while he showed me my options and while I was trying to figure out which mattress to purchase. Great customer service, I would definitely recommend this store.

We had the BEST experience at this location’s store. Brice provided us with the BEST customer service we have received when purchasing products for our new home. He was so patient and helpful answering every question I could think of and believe me I came prepared with questions. He helped us find the perfect sleep solution for us as my husband and I have different sleep quality needs. He helped us settle on the Tempur Pedic Cloud Supreme Breeze bed with adjustable base. I was super excited about the feature where the head could raise. I am so excited for it to arrive tomorrow. I couldn’t believe that we would be able to get the bed as soon as tomorrow! We will definitely furnish all of our other bedrooms at this Mattress firm and I highly suggest if you are looking for a no pressure helpful patient salesperson that you stop in and see Brice and let him help you find your best sleep solution!
