I took my daughter to Image Nails Wednesday 9÷22÷15 next to Kroger. She needed her upper lip waxed. They burned the top layer of her skin off. I had to rush her to an urgent care. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This was my first and may be my only visit to this salon. The service was terrible! I went on a weekday and it was not busy at all. I walked in and was barely acknowledged. When i told them i need a pedicure it seemed as though no one wanted to get up and help me. I’ve worked in customer service so i know how customers are supposed to be treated. I did not feel welcomed so I won’t be returning to this establishment

I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s a gamble. Yesterday I took my daughters and when we walked in I explained that I needed a refill and a pedicure, my daughter needed a pedicure, and the other needed a refill and just a polish change on her toes. The lady in the front replies, how many? I say three — she starts ‘talking’ to the other people — I have no idea what’s going on. We are just standing in the front with everyone jabbering — so contemplated walking out at this moment! Then my two daughters disappear to the pedicure chairs and I take a seat with a lady in the front. Every time I go, it seems I need a new set … Okay, I’m down. She starts clipping my nails and sliding a nail between the solar power and my nails. With each nail I’m wincing and yep it happened! I’m bleeding and she says sorry. Just a minor set back . My first daughter ended up soaking her nails off while the gentleman changed her toe polish and got shellac on her nails. They looked great and no blood. My second daughter ended up with short, butchered toes. She said her pedicure hurt so bad! She asked to get the polish changed on her nails. The lady was rude to her and did a crummy job on painting her nails. My daughter pointed out where her nails looked bad and the lady was not happy about fixing them. My daughter’s nails still have flaws in them. FYI. This lady made my toes sore two weeks ago! We will avoid this lady in future visits. In the end, two of us left with perfect nails and great toes. My other daughter was very unhappy with her butchered toes and flawed nails. Some of the people are nice and the others come off as being rude! Like I said, it’s a gamble but my nails usually are perfect.

I have been getting my nails done here for over a year now! Never had an issue. The acrylic doesn’t lift and their services are priced well!

I went in for a polish change that’s it and was charged $ 25. I thought that was crazy.

I only go to Traci when I get my nails done here. She is awesome and super friendly. If I’m not happy with something she always fixes it for me. My 5 ½ year old daughter also loves Traci and only wants her to do her nails and toes. If you show Traci or any other girls a design you want they will do it to their best of their ability and it’s usually pretty good! They did get rid of their kids pedicure chair, but still made the regular chair work!

Tried giving this place a second chance and they blew it. Again. I wasn’t sure what time they opened so I got there around 9am and the front door was propped wide open(like it usually is during business hours) but their«Open» sign wasn’t on. I decided to wait in the car until they turned the sign on. After a few minutes, I looked out the window and one of the employees was walking towards my car trying to creep into the window. I looked in the rear view and all of the other employees were standing outside watching. Once they saw me looking at them, they all ran back inside and closed the door. I guess I looked like I was going to rob them or something. Definitely not a way to treat customers. That was the last straw for me.

I should have read the other reviews… But I didn’t… What did I end up with? Oh, maybe the worst pedicure in my life. And for $ 30, I’m kicking my self. They were able to take us right away which warrants 1 star. I looked over the services menu and decided on the deluxe pedicure, listed as being a 45 minute service. Ha! Start to finish, I was in the chair maybe 20 – 25 minutes. The deluxe also includes a paraffin treatment… This is really liquid hot magma. My sister and I both winced when applied and the lady says«it’ll pass». So the excessive heat is common place, lucky us. I examined the craftsmanship after we left and I realized she never buffed my nail bed. There was an obvious dent in my nail from my previous pedicure. Then, not even two days later my polish is chipping. Safe to say, I won’t ever be coming back.

I will never come back here the service was awful. When I go get a mani/pedi I go to relax but its impossible to relax here because the ladies were screaming across the salon the entire time. Usually a mani and pedi takes at least 45 minutes to complete… total time today 20 minutes. The worst mani/pedi I have ever received. Extremely rude to their customers. Do NOT come here, take your money elsewhere! ! I would give them zero stars if that were an option.

Pretty busy for 10AM on a Saturday, but my sister and I were taken immediately. $ 40 full set plus $ 3 designs per nail. I really didn’t know what to expect seeing as we’ve been to their location across the way and we’re too pleased with them. But the ladies here were very attentive. I had a specific design I wanted and my nail artist replicated it to the best of her ability! One design was a cheetah print design and I liked that a lot. The other was a chevron design. This one I think was foreign to her because this location seems to serve the older crowd and this design is a young one. So, she did the chevron as best as she could! I also got a classic pedicure(they have 3 different ones). This is the cheapest and most basic. I have a nasty ingrown toenail and most places I go can never get it right, but she did an amazing job! My toe doesn’t hurt anymore, haha! But overall, a good visit and a good job.

Attitude is everything — I get great service and every operator has their license in view. Sylvia T. probably was in a bad mood the day she went there and her review certainly reflects that.

First time using this company for a mani/pedi. I have natural nails and paid extra for their upsale of services, I don’t mind spending extra if I get good service. Well that was 5 days ago and every single one of my fingernails have chipped polish on them. It didn’t even last 1 week and I made sure not to do any heavy scrubbing around the house. Why spend $ 40 if it doesn’t even last a week? Cheap product or shoddy work, probably both. The last time I had a mani/pedi it lasted over 3 weeks. I asked that my nails be trimmed so they were all one length, nope, no comprende at this place. I’ll spend more and go to Salon Indulgence, I suggest you do the same. Learned my lesson.

I highly recommend Melissa here. Been coming here for 4 years now and she never disappoints. She knows exactly what I want! I get the deluxe pedicure with French tip polish for $ 34. Not the cheapest. But definitely worth every penny in my opinion! I’ve tried several places that were cheaper and it is true what they say! You get what you pay for! I refuse to let anyone else work on hands and feet here or anywhere for the matter. Be forewarned. They will talk about u so try learning some Vietnamese. Ha!
