They did a good job. I had some scratches on the side of the car and they got them out. I’m gonna come back and get the bumper done next.

Jim is the owner and has been since the early 1970’s. He and his team did a fantastic job on touching up the paint on my new car after it was scratched and damaged. The turn around time was just as promised and Jim even offered to come pick me up at my house so I wouldn’t need to hire a cab to go pick up the vehicle. What a nice man with a funny sense of humor! Thanks Jim and team for doing such a great job!!!

Went to have the bumper of my 2001 Nissan fixed – they took me on the spot and were honest and direct. They did not try to talk me into anything the car didn’t need and were friendly and approachable. I will definitely go back when my car needs work next time.

Had to go there once for my wife’s car, which had an engine fire and the hood had to be replaced. Great personal service from Mr. Sciarroni. He fixed the impossible.
However, I can’t give it five stars, because the final surface of the hood was not super smooth. The color matched well, but they didn’t sand and buff it right. It had tiny (really tiny) bubbles that you felt by touch. Eventually one of those bubbles busted and a tiny rust speck appeared. Maybe to the untrained eye, this would not have made a difference. But I know paint jobs. Mr. Sciarroni backs up his work. I could have taken the car back in to him after the rust speck appeared. However, we sold the car instead.
So if you are looking for the perfect job, you better let them know in advance that you are expecting perfection or you’ll go somewhere else. If you are not too picky, Mr. Sciarroni is fine.

I’ve brought them work about three times over the last 20 years. The owner comes out, inspects, charts a course of action, gives his opinion, and makes an estimate. I always go with his plan, and have never regretted it. I like having the same experienced professional overseeing the whole operation, from insurance issues to mechanical details.
