I’ve called this number more than several times and the person just hangs up. Apparently the business is closed and the owner no longer has this number. Based on another Unilocaler’s review and his pictures I was going to give this guy a try.

I found out about this shop from a friends of mine. It’s in the cut of Richmond, off of 23rd Street. When I called him he gave me a quick quote right out the door. I came the next day and watched him as he tinted my windows. So efficient, fast, and perfect finish. Compared to many shops that charge you $ 300, this guy does the same job and charges half.
