This place honestly sucks! I bought a hat one day and decided to wear it in the store for about 5 min. Then I decided that I really didn’t like it. The lady, aka the manager on duty, said«you can’t return the hat because you wore it!» How many times do people try on the exact same hat… I don’t get it.

I usually come here to buy my son shoes and always i get an o.k. experience. This time it was an awesome experience with the help of gaby and cashier jeanette it was great. Gaby was very helpful even though she was busy with putting tags on shoes bt she still did her job. And jeanette had a great since of humor. With them in the store made my experience happy and great. Thanks girls!

This place is the worst! I took my kids here and picked out 3 pairs of shoes for them, then picked out a pair as a gift. The box was super ragged so I asked for another one and they told me no. The manager who was sitting at the cash register the entire time with phone in hand searching Facebook or texting didn’t even make an effort to find one. He never even made eye contact. He actually pointed to the counter and said that’s our policy. I was so irritated I opted to not take the shoes but went ahead with purchasing 3 pairs for my kids. As he was charging my card he said«no one else has Cortez». That put me over the top. So arrogant. I grabbed my receipt to leave and looked back as he was rolling his eyes at the sales person. I asked him if he was the manager when he said yes I told him he was rude and a bad example to his staff he responded by saying I was a bad example to my kids. Then I told him it was wrong to try to sell shoes is a ghetto box and he said I was acting ghetto! I made him give me my $ 150.00 back and went to champs. I will never shop there again!

I rarely buy anything at this place yet alone hardly even come to this mall. I had have some bad experiences with customer service here. One time I was comparing prices on a couple of Griffey’s a few years back and the guy gave me the price on them and I said thanks and said I would look around to compare prices and then he responded with I wouldn’t get the sale price if I left the store. I left and found them cheaper somewhere else. Then another incident I had a question on return policy on an item and the employee asked a fellow employee higher in position and was ignored because he was on his cell phone. Very unprofessional! Prices are nothing out of the ordinary with your typical sales going on… The customers are your typical richmond people at this mall. This mall is not the best and has gone down hill throughout the years. One if many shoes places available at this mall. The regular employees do make an attempt to provide some customer service and therefor I gave it 2 stars. Don’t be surprised if you get told to shoo away at this show place…

I am very very sorry to say it’s a different kind of shoe store and the sales lady needs customer service training big time and the manager(who is very helpful) told me you can only try one shoe like left or right not both ! He said the corporate made that policy because people walkout with the shoes when they’re busy. Okay I understood that but the young saleslady didn’t even explain to me their policy. And I was waiting there waiting for the other shoes in this case for the right foot. And whats funny she just hand me over the shoes that i gave her from the display shelf you can see that i am so confused and need help there but she walked away and continued her chat with coworkers. That’s why i cant helped it but seek the help of the manager who explain to me their company policy i am not used to this kind of shoe store, where you can only fit one shoe not a pair of shoes? Perhaps they would allow you to fit a pair of shoes if you really show your intention to buy and have the sales lady watch you carefully all i need is a brief explanation from the sales lady that is all but she failed that part of customer service.

Had an absolutely horrible customer experience at the Shoe Palace, Westfield San Francisco Centre, CA Shopping Mall. The majority of women’s running sneakers were not marked with prices. When I asked for help I had to wait over 10min just to get a price and so you imagine what it was like to get sneakers to try on. The manager Ebony actually suggested that I go to Niketown to get more reasonably priced sneakers. Overall the store experience was chaotic with blaring rap music, and rude, inattentive sales people. In fact, at the counter, I was given the wrong sneaker size and was told that those were the sneakers I tried on when they were not. I will never ever buy sneakers from this store, nor this company.
