The staff go above and beyond what’s typical of the wireless industry, including other Sprint stores around the country.
I’ve dealt with these people since arriving in late 2008 and they’ve been helpful and friendly.
They have no control over the people in Overland Park, KS unfortunately, and Sprint has some really good service but it’s been inconsistent in this area. It’s no better in Indianapolis, Dayton, or Cincinnati from what I can tell.
However, if you need help, the people at the store are willing.
