The line moves pretty fast every time I go and the staff is always friendly. I haven’t been inside yet but most Starbucks that I’ve been in are clean and have the same setup for the most part.

I go to this Starbucks constantly because I have to pass it on my way to work and it has a drive-thru. The problem is that they get my drink wrong at least once a week. It is so annoying to think that you are about to take a sip of a delicious toffee nut latte only to find out that it’s really a mocha in the cup. Today I ordered a peppermint white mocha well stirred and got a white mocha with all of the white chocolate on the bottom. Additionally, the staff is not very personable and can really make you feel like an annoyance.

The only thing convenient about this Starbucks is the Drive-thru. They need to learn how to make the seasonal drinks offered. I ordered a holiday spice with soy. The drink I got was non fat milk with no Espresso and some cinnamon sprinkled. I payed $ 6 for a grande cup an non fat milk. I am never returning to this store.

Seems like a good location. Went through the drive thru. There were 4 cars in front of me and I drove away in less than 2 minutes. Guy that took my order was fast and efficient.

The most disgusting Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There are flies everywhere! Tried to find a seat and saw food and garbage all over the floor. While waiting for my order, i was attacked by soo many flies i decided to just leave and go to another Starbucks. I also asked for the address to this location and no one even knew the address. You practically live and work in the store for hours and you don’t know the address??? wtf?

Terrible service! Never received a service like this in any Starbucks before! waited over 20 mins and got my order wrong! I asked for double shot caramel macchiato, I got short size instead of the regular size, I asked for less caramel, I got even more than what it supposed to be. I called the guy to ask if it is really my order before seeing my name on it, he walked away! the wait time was too long and what was worse about it was that there were too many staff there chatting and laughing and no one bother to pay attention to costumers, two sitting at a table talking, one cleaning and organizing, two by the cashier while only one costumer was there to order, one just wandering about doing nothing, and only one person was making the orders. there were lines of people waiting for their orders to be ready but none of the staff cares! None of them even say sorry for the wait! So unprofessional! Just hate it …

Nice and clean! The addresses on Unilocal and maps are all messed up. Wouldn’t allow me to check in on the other Starbucks. I don’t care I got my caramel crack and that’s all I need. There’s lots of stores. This place has a drive-thru.

I have been here twice. Never again. The first time it took two tries to make a simple latte. No flavor, just espresso. The second time it was three tries. They have an uncaring, unconcerned staff. The condiment station was a mess. They will not get a third try. It is coffee. It is not that hard.

I walked to this Starbucks from a hotel a half mile away, at 8:30 on a Sunday morning. Got there to find the door locked with a sign«Visit our drivethru». There was a long line of cars and I didn’t feel like walking between cars to get a coffee. So I glumly trudged back to the hotel. Had to cross two sides of a busy intersection with no crosswalks. Guess some employee(s) didn’t show up. Things happen, but this was a lousy start to my day. I stay near here twice a month and always go to this Starbucks. Otherwise it’s generally a fine place. But I’m going to skip going there the next couple months. They won’t know, but I will.

This location is very convenient and it has a drive through. Every once in awhile I get my drink tasting the way it’s supposed to. I’ve had to tell them the recipe before. Also, they are very rude when you ask them to remake your drink. I’m tired of paying for coffee that is not made correctly. I will not be returning.

I thought that I would stop this early morning to participate in the bonus star special. So I ordered the Old Fashioned Grilled Cheese, and the Fizzio lemon ale drink. The promotional offer ends on the 16th of July. The the bread was kind of hard, and the cheese had melted on the toasted part of the bread. I love the lemon ale drink. I also ordered a cheese Danish which was warmed up. I like my cheese Danish cold or room temperature. No one asked if I wanted it warmed. I guess they just assumed.

I feel somewhat ridic reviewing a Starbucks(how different can they be?) but my experience this past week motivated me to do so. I will say this: all the employees I’ve encountered are delightful. As nice as can be. However, every time I go through the drive through my order gets messed up. One time I ordered a venti black iced coffee and grande sweetened iced coffee. I received a grande black iced coffee and grande hot sweetened coffee. Another, I ordered a trenta black iced coffee and grande sweetened iced coffee(can you tell my drink preference?) and got two trentas instead. Again, the employees are as nice as can be(and, full disclosure, I didn’t complain about the messed up orders because I knew we would drink them anyway) but they should invest in one of those drive through screens that verifies your order. If you have to go to this branch, go inside. If you really want drive through, drive the extra 5 mins and go to the Parham/Staples Mill branch instead.

I love my Starbucks & even more so when it’s a drive-thru. On a recent trip driving back from DC, I saw the sign on I-95 S & was so excited! It is easily accessible on/off the interstate. Thankfully at 10AM on a Monday morning, they weren’t busy. I was able to drive up to the drive-thru & place my order. The Barista on the speaker could not have been nicer! When I pulled up to pay, I was greeted with a friendly, «hello» & a nice smile. In no time, I had my skinny caramel macchiatto in hand & I was back on I-95. The temperature & taste was perfect! I will definitely remember this location.
