Did an online order thru the app yesterday for 4.38 for 4 happy hour beverages… Got to the store checked in went inside to wait for my name to be called, waited for a few mins until I got up to check girl at counter said she didn’t have an order… Asked me could it had been I sent it to another location, uh how about no it couldn’t have been. Stepped aside to gather all the information: the receipt from the app showing I PAID, my bank info showing that I was CHARGED, and also the confirmation email that my order was at THEIRSTORE! So showed her everything she said it was still nothing she could do… REALLYWTF… B! TCHYOUCOULD’VEJUSTGIVENMEFOURHHFREZZESWTFISFOURDOLLARS! ORWTFISFOURFREZZES! next time lose the attitude and offer some customer service… If your unhappy about where u work here’s a tip *find another job* So here it is the next morning called the store since that’s what she told me I had to do and also taco bell please give your employees the numbers for customer service… There’s no reason why they should not have a number to give a customer… And also had I had been a regular customer that u see frequent that location all hell would’ve broke thru! So the manager said he can’t do anything because it was Thru the app! Then had to nerve to ask me could it be you sent it to another location… How about no Bob or Mike whatever your name was then told him does he have another number since I’ve been on hold with this ppl for almost 30mins… all he could say was«yeah your just gonna have to keep holding» I almost lost my cool but I just said goodbye. This Taco Bell works in a pinch if you need some late night munchies or need to soak up some booze, but I would never make this my first choice for an eatery. First off, the staff members here are very rude, everytime I come here; the girl at the counter makes my ordering process too difficult, I just want to add cheese to a couple items and it becomes an huge ordeal. Do your F****** job, it’s not that hard to push a button with a picture of a taco on it. Anyways, the lobby here is another reason to avoid this place altogether, it’s dirty, it smells, and has homeless people sleeping in it. All in all, F*** this place and it’s workers.

Again I am going to try to be fair about this business and not give them a one star which sometimes they do deserve. Ok, anyways, let me keep going. Taco Bell’s food is the best to save from all of this. Their fiery Doritos tacos and chalupas are really good. I do not deny this. But Taco Bells service is just terrible. I mean I didn’t think I could say this but their service is worse than KFC. Their employees not all of them I admit but most of them are mean, not helpful, sometimes make plain mistakes, and could really merit a customer service course. In addition the wait is long and in part is because the employees just look lost most of the time. Something has definitely to change I’d Taco Bells wants to surpass its rivals. I mean if I had not gotten tired of In N Out’s same menu I would not visit any other fast food restsurant. Again, Taco Bell creates good food but everything else deserves 1 star.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The people that work here can never get an order right. How can you be that dumb to leave out half an order or make the order completely incorrect when it says what you’re supposed to make on the ticket? Go to the Albany one it is worth your sanity.

Went here this morning and had a poor experience… all I wanted was a large beef burrito with sour cream… I didn’t see anything on the menu that said anything like what I wanted… so I told the drive thru clerk, I’m not sure what you would call it, but I want a big size beef burrito with sour cream… She said they didn’t have anything like that I said I’ve had it before but then someone else got on the speaker reiterating what clerk number 1 had already said… So I said I’d take what they gave ate my burrito, and of course it was delicious as always… When I got home I googled Taco Bell menu and clearly they have double beef burritos. It’s another case of idiots working with the public… I’m assuming the 2nd voice was a supervisor… so that makes it worse, at the very least she should have said if they didn’t have such a menu item, we don’t have that but we can charge you $$$ for extra beef if you’d like… That would be better customer service… Anyway. there is another Taco Bell just down macdonald ave and I think I’ll stick to that one… What happened to customer service? I mean, maybe it’s me… But I’m telling you what I want, it’s all things you have on the menu just make it happen… I realize I’m not at Burger King but I still want it my way!!! So the food was good, but the employee and management wasn’t …

I ate here often when I was doing work in the area. Always clean inside, the parking lot is a different story. The customer service has always been good, not great. One of the employees was yelling at another employee today, not cool. If you’re nearby and need a TB fix, don’t let the outside discourage you.

U know. I go thru drive thru for a reason not just because I’m lazy. I had surgery on my knee so walking is still a pain for me. I expect to just u know order pay and leave without any issues. But unfortunately that wasn’t the case. 1. there was a lady standing by the intercom asking for money and food. 2. They pushed my drinks out so fast my drink spilled and It went all on my hand. Mind you it was a freeze so it was super sticky the lady at the window didn’t even pay attention. When I told her what happened she gave me attitude on whether I wanted a refill or a new one. Look pass me some napkins apologize and redo it. Simple fix. 3. They messed up my order. 4. I went back and went inside to see if they could fix it but they couldn’t. Result? I had to limp back inside and outside then go back inside to get. Yes A Refund. If they couldn’t make my order they should have told me or said we have to charge extra. I didn’t bring in my wallet. So because my patience is limited and my pain tolerance is low I decided I just want a refund. Smh. Seriously. They could have just told me via intercom but no. Make my injured ass get out and deal with something so simple. Sighs. If they told me at the window it would’ve been no big deal but. Ugh. Not so good. Their customer service is a big fail.

This review is only for the drive-thru food ordering. It was lunch time and this place is close to work. There was no wait at all. Ordered 3 taco supreme and it was fast and easy. Got lots of hot sauce which is a good thing. I can’t stand when they skimp on the sauce. Tacos were good since I was hungry. I only order a couple of things at TB and usually it’s the taco supreme.

I went through the drive-thru and left with half of my order so I return to ask for the rest they did look into there error and gave my order back. Before I drove away I decided to check my order and wow they where still short one burrito. So I asked again and yes they completed my order. I just got home and started to open my food and found that my food was crumbled up. Wow. That’s just un called for. My family and I will never return to this tacobell.

Oh yeah! this place! can’t forget good old taco bell. Not sure what’s worse this place service. or going to the DMV. Yet another scary Richmond fast food place. On Tuesdays they have 49 cent tacos so a gang of my coworkers and I head on down every so often with the rallying cry of «Taco Tuesday!» Every time we go though, we’re treated to a disturbing facet of human nature. The first time, one of the guys behind the counter was clearly stoned out of his mind — his female coworkers were so annoyed that none of them would even talk to him as he idly tossed taco sauce packets around. Another time, one of the ladies who often cashiers had a huge black eye. Last time, a customer didn’t want to pay the extra 20 cents she owed for her drink and left in a huff after wasting the cashier’s time for five minutes. I found a knife in the parking lot another time. But hey, who can resist the call of Taco Tuesday!!!
