Prices fair and staff has always been friendly. Have gotten oil changed for appx $ 20 — 32(posted price is currently 28.99 but they charge a little extra for some cars). They made an exception to the usual and used some oil that I brought in and gave me a slight discount. That’s good because I don’t have time to do it myself anymore. Also, while it’s not a new clean shop, and I don’t think they have free wifi(hint for future improvement), they have a bay reserved just for oil changes and have always been ready to take my car on short notice and finish the change quickly. Also, frankly, some places that supposedly have a nice wait room don’t and/or don’t have the wifi working properly, etc. Second visit, and I intend to return.

$ 59.99 price for alignment seems pretty good Called in before coming. Unfortunately was turned away upon arrival. Was told they do not do Jeeps, BMW, or Mercedes. Staff seemed apologetic, but hard to fathom how a common setup like the Jeeps would be excluded. Recommend making sure they can do your car before making the trip by double and triple checking over the phone.

I needed a basic 100,000 mile tune up on my 2008BMW328i, and I asked around, and got some outrageous prices. This place has a mechanic that has actually worked on European cars and is probably the best priced mechanic on the East Bay! Usually I never have the chance to supply my own parts, and am usually given the cheapest parts available. Here he allowed me to bring my own parts, which I bought from the dealer, except for the spark plugs which were $ 25 each and only $ 7 for the identical iridium NGK at O’reilly. Definitely will go back for any basic service on my bmw.
