They saw me without an appointment even though they were busy. The staff was genuinely pleasant and attentive. The process was so smooth. One signature regarding HIPAA and one for payment. Nothing else to fill out. Desai performed the complete exam from start to finish. Other places have aides or techs taking you to different rooms and different equipment. No pressure to buy 12 boxes of contacts or glasses. I was out in 20 minutes. Fast, efficient and pleasant.
