We love BWW and typically eat at one across town. Stopped here tonight and it was awful. It took us 15 minutes to get our drinks ordered. Two servers bumped into each other in front of our table and beer flew everywhere. My husband was soaked, my child and I both got beer on us. No one brought us napkins, or even acknowledged what happened at all. Not a single person apologized! My son’s order was cold, and they never brought us the fries we ordered. Management walked past us several times and never acknowledged us at all. I will never go back!

This location deserves negative stars. Wings took over an hour to come out, and when they did, they were colder than a bag of frozen wings. There were leftovers on literally every single table around us, no one was cleaning up. Apparently this place has ongoing issues. What a disgusting environment to eat in. Summoned the manager, which took another 30 minutes, to politely tell him we were not happy, didn’t have much of a response besides sorry and we’ll take care of it. They offered to remake the wings, but we weren’t prepared to wait another hour for frozen food so we left without eating. Very disappointing. Definitely avoid this specific location at all costs.

BWW(Buffalo Wild Wings) are notorious for their awesome wings & lack of service. Everytime I come to a BWW location with a big group or friends we come mainly because of the food, but other then that, I never not once had good service. It’s even impeccable to write a review, but as I am waiting for my call in order for a small order on a busy Tuesday night & being hushed away by the rude host, it leaves me no other choice but to write my first one star review. Even when sitting by the bar, ATTHEBAR, with a bartender in front of us, we still receive impeccable service while our bartender disregards us while making drinks for servers. Awesome service.(Sarcasm) I recently came here again for a to-go order that my boyfriend called in. Once again we had an issue. The food wasn’t even ready and I had to wait a very long time. The manager helped us and even gave us a 10% discount which dropped the bill by a few bucks. Thanks. I’d just like to come here one day with good service and welcoming people. I Discount or not, the orders should be ready after a long time of placing it also.

This is by far my favorite restaurant! I love coming here because service is always quick and the food is always great! If you are looking for a cheap place with good quality food boneless Thursday’s at bww is the place to go.

This is one of our favorite spots to eat, ice cold beer, good wings, and great service! We always sit in the bar, we are regulars, our waiter Luchi always takes good care of us. He knows what we need without asking. It’s a bar so it does get busy. Ask for Luchi, a very good waiter.

Jeez. What on earth is going on at this place? This review is for the take out only so if you’re eating in it might be a different experience. So, if you’re ordering take out 2 pieces of advice! 1 — Whatever time they say your wings will take to be ready ATLEASTDOUBLEIT. Today I was told 15 mins from ordering on the phone. 40 mins later they were finally ready. Now this is not the first time this has happened here. A few months back I ordered via phone here and it took so long to get the order the manager comped the whole meal. I’ll come back to that poor bloke later. 2 — Whatever you order make absolutely sure you double check with them what the order is when you go to pick it up AND when they give it to you. Today is a good case in point. Ordered Chipotle BBQ and Parmesan and Garlic wings, got Honey BBQ and Chipotle BBQ. This after confirming the order over the phone. This is perhaps the third time it’s happened here to us. It’s a joke. Now. The manager. There’s a guy that works behind the pick up counter that actually seems to be a good person. He is overrun in there and the staff behind the counter have absolutely no respect for him. It’s like you’re watching a load of high school girls working on a work placement position. They have zero respect for the manager, this attitude trickles down to their customer service. It absolutely sucks. They just don’t care, they just want to have fun with their friends behind the counter. You’re an inconvenience to this. We’ve actually been comped here twice. Once after getting home(8 miles away) from the restaurant I realised they gave us completely the wrong order. The reason we go back is we actually like the wings. They’re good! The problem however is everything I described above. Buffalo Wild Wings regional management needs to sort it out. This is no way to run a restaurant.

Ordered online and was told order would be ready on 40 minutes. Got to location for pickup and was told was not ready but would be in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later told order never came through so they had not started it even though I was already charged online. Took over 1 hour to get some freaking wings!

I was going to put a 1 star but today they surprised me, when I come here usually the food takes takes between 30 – 40 min on a non busy day, on a busy day it takes about 40 – 60 min, usually by that time the wings are hot! And the fries cold. When I order to go orders it’s just funny how they give me a ETA of 25 min and I get there 30 min after I order the food is still not done, 15 min later the food is done. Don’t give me a unrealistic ETA if it’s not going to be done around the time you say it is. But today I placed a order and it took about 15 min for a small order of wings! Bravo, that’s how it should be. I don’t find it professional when I walk into this place and I see 3 – 4 staff employees sitting down and one standing up by the entrance bench and on their phones? I would come here more if they fix how they operate, sometimes I just come here bc it’s last minute, but if not I travel to one on westheimer rd.

Walked in and immediately noticed that the whole bar area was dirty. We were 1 out maybe 10 people in the entire restaurant and there was not one clean table in the place. Waiter was very friendly and professional, but the food was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Ordered wings and spinach w/artichoke dip. The wings tasted like they’d come straight out of the freezer and they tried to mask the freezer burn taste with an ungodly amount of wind sauce. The spinach and artichoke dip was sour and taste like it had been sitting out all day. If you could have seen what it looked like, you would probably agree too! I will never return to that place.

Came here a couple years ago and it sucked. Tried today and they still suck — at least they’re consistent. Ordered a sampler, the whole thing was barely warm, mostly cold. Server was rude. Brought our wings and just tossed the paper plate down and then tossed the empty plates at us. Really? Despite the fact that our glasses were empty she didn’t ask if we wanted more to drink. If you’re looking for shitty service and cold food with rude wait staff, this place is for you! Not coming back, Ever! Would give 0 stars if I could.

One of our favorite family places. Free electronics for the kids, multiple games on multiple stations, exciting environment. The wings are amazing! BUT definitely try the cheese curds! So Delish, reminds us of the state fair in Minnesota!

Tried to come here for the 2nd time for my birthday. Came on a(not crazy busy) Thursday for .68 cent boneless wings. Waiting about 15 mins for a waiter while watching a handful of other waiters laugh around & be on their phones. Other tables around us were getting angered as well. Couldn’t wait so we walked out. I usually go to the HW6 Sugar Land location, their waiters are professional, friendly & quick. Their location is always clean also.

This BW3’s has gone downhill over the past couple of years. We used to love coming here and ordering take-out as well. I ordered take-out this past Sunday and the whole vibe of the place has changed. It was pretty empty for a NFL Sunday when I arrived. There were a bunch of staff loitering by the hostess stand doing nothing. They didn’t greet me when I walked in. I went to pickup my order and the employee brought it out. She went through the boxes as they always do and I realized she forgot one order of wings. She went back in the kitchen and got them. I paid and was walking out the door when I realized she didn’t show me the buffalo chips either. I went back to the takeout stand and asked her for the buffalo chips. She went, «oh yeah» and went back into the kitchen and got them. I was a little alarmed that nobody had checked the order when it was bagged. A couple years ago, their takeout was perfection. No errors and piping hot food. The food has suffered as well. The wings were not hot and the buffalo chips were soggy as heck. They also changed the pretzel recipe and it was not edible. I don’t think we will be returning to BW3’s again. The quality of the food and the lack of care from the staff are enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately this is the closest Buffalo Wild Wings to my house. I love the wings but service is always horrible, wait staff that hangs out by bar is always cursing and talking about none work appropriate things. I have had my credit card tip changed twice! I have had my credit card duplicated and charged over $ 500 bucks. And 90% of the time the order is slow and wrong.

What can be said about this place… it’s a dump. Horrible service! If 0 stars was an option, this place definitely earned it. Because of this one joint, I will never walk into a bw3 again! And this doesn’t even begin to describe how frustrating it was being there. We came in on a Monday and it wasn’t even crowded. Walk in, someone asks for how many, we tell them 8. They go off somewhere and we wait for about 5 minutes. Someone else comes and asks how many, again, 8. She gets us seated. 15 minutes pass by & our waiter hasn’t even taken our drinks. Wtf? For real man? We finally get his attention, he takes our drinks. Time to order. Everyone is set with what they want, ok, boom. Orders in, time to chill, watch the Astros play against the Rays. 30 minutes pass, no food, not even appetizers. Starting to get really frustrated as is. No refills. Ok, maybe a few more minutes. Another 20 minutes or so pass, nada. Now I’m really pissed. I look around for the waiter and he’s nowhere to be found. Another waitress notices how we still do not have jack on the table. She goes find our waiter & he comes rushing back saying he’s bringing out our food right now. Awesome! Time to eat, except our food is barely warm now… what the heck were you doing this whole time? Oh man, I wanted to drop a bunch of f bombs to this numbskull. What I ordered in particular were the nachos. My nachos come out soggy, like as in he probably forgot we existed and let the food rot there while he does God knows what. I back out of my chair and take it back to the cashier & tell them take it back, I don’t even want it anymore. Cashier is all flustered(not her fault, I get it & apologize for in a way, taking it out on her), apologizes to me, but at this point it doesn’t matter anymore. She asks if I would like another one, and I told her no, I wouldn’t wanna wait another hour for it. Appetite is lost. She apologized again and said she’d have someone take it off our tab. «Captain» of the crew comes, asks us how are things… really man? Did you not see how badly you failed as captain to train your crew? Don’t even talk to me, get out of my face. Long story short, the group finishes their food. We pay, and I wasn’t gonna leave a tip. You clearly did not deserve it, but whatever. You can have 5% of the bill. Worst of all? That idiot of a waiter never apologized. Instead, he said thanks for baring with me tonight or some garbage of that nature. Bw3, look at the reviews, they don’t lie! Wake up and get your sh! t together! Good riddance!

TV setup and table layout is great. Wherever you’re seated, you’re going to have a great view of whatever’s on. Not that much of a wait time for a table unless there’s a major sporting event going on(obviously). Service was great for me! I got lucky with the same waitress(Shannon) for my previous two visits and wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Attentive, cheerful, and makes sure you get what you need. The food was mostly great except with the potato wedges(must have btw) being somewhat barely warm but it was super busy so that’s cool. My recommendations are the dry buffalo seasoning and Asian zing(bomb AF). Dessert ain’t so bad either. Cinnamon squares are pretty good but are even better with some vanilla ice cream. Overall, would definitely come back.
