From the time you make the appointment until you are checking out at the door, you are made to feel as an important and valued customer. Appointments are run on time, efficient, but plenty of opportunities for asking questions. The results of your eye exam are explained in terms that are easily understood. Sales are not pushed. I had my eye on a $ 300 pair of frames & the doctor said I could get those or he could show me some covered by my insurance that were only $ 25. If that’s not putting the patient first, I don’t know what is. The doctor has even helped the staff pick out the best frames for my face. GREAT customer service. HIGHLY recommend! Modern day services with old time customer service values.
