Employees are extremely unprofessional yelling and jaw jacking about each other and what they hate about their own store. Hardly any men’s selection.

Nice renovation! Maybe I’m just the oldest reviewer here, but I have a clarification for most of the other reviews. willow Lawn was ORIGINALLY constructed as an outdoor shopping plaza in the 50s. It was enclosed in the late 1980s to be more of a «mall» which was the style of that decade. It has recently been reopened into a plaza style shopping center, and if you haven’t been here in the last few years, you will see why the layout of the mall is perfect as an outdoor center and should never have been enclosed. Even today, renovations continue with painting of the exterior of stores, and the installation of a sound system over the sidewalks which will play music in the near future. More new and interesting things continue to come to the center– a new pet supply store, new restaurants, etc. if you haven’t been there lately, check it out. The only thing that it is truly missing is a nice movie theater. If they had a movie theater here, it would be perfect. The theater that was here closed in 1989, in the midst of the mall’s declining status. Now that the mall has experienced a resurgence, it’s time to find a place to put a theater!

What an overhaul this mall has gone through. I remember when I first moved to Richmond in 2009, Willow Lawn was a low end, indoor mall that was a step below Regency and now look where they are. Willow Lawn is a block from my house so I see myself here way too often. The Kroger, though not the best in Richmond, is a great anchor. The fast food choices, Noodles, Chick Fil A, Panera, and Five Guys, are all a safe bet. The newer restaurants are a bit hit-or-miss. I love Zoe’s, but I think American Tap Room is a disaster. I also frequent the Willow Lawn AC Moore and Red Nails 2. This lifestyle center really has a little for everyone.

This place has come a long way. There used to be an indoor shopping center/mall, but in the past few years it has transformed into a nice outdoor shopping center. There are more places to eat and it has a decent playground for kids to play when you want to take a break from shopping or eating.

Willow Lawn has changed a lot over the years, especially in the last five or so. For the better. Gone is the old fashioned indoor mall. Welcome to more of an open air concept. It’s not a «destination» shopping area by any stretch, but it’s constantly improving. If you’re in the Near West End, you can find: Old Navy, Ross Dress for Less, Bath & Body Works, AC Moore, and Staples. For food and beverage: Starbucks, Panera, Chick-Fil-A, and of course the newish American Tap Room. And of course, there’s a Gold’s Gym, Kroger and the Children’s Theatre of Virginia here. Coming soon is Zoe’s Kitchen and an Italian spot Travinia.

Willow Lawn is great for Staples, AC Moore, and Kroger, but if I’m looking for anything more, this is not my pick. However, it’s undergone a big facelift over the last few months and I’m interested to see what happens with it! Aside from Old Navy, there aren’t any clothing shops I’d be interested in perusing, but there’s a new taphouse that I’d like to check out. There’s also a Five Guys, a liquor store, Starbucks, Panera, and Noodles & Co if you’re hungry or thirsty. It’s your typical strip mall, with smaller stores in an outdoor setting. I do think it’s headed in a much more positive direction as a result of the building renovations, so my fingers are crossed that they’re able to pull in more anchor stores to make this a more popular shopping destination. Parking is never a problem, and the holiday decorations get two thumbs up from this girl! And did I mention the Staples is great? Because it is.

The Shops have really received a nice remodel! Granted it’s been several years since I’ve stopped by I was really impressed with the changes! They have added several stores since my last visit and it’s really nice to just walk around and take everything in! They added several restaurants include the Noodles and Company, Qdoba, Chick Fil A and Panera Bread… of course they have a Starbucks as well! Overall it seems like a great shopping experience you can spend the day out shopping, grab a bite to eat! I’m not sure what else they are planning to add but I look forward to another visit!

Once upon a time, The Shops At Willow Lawn was one of the top malls in Richmond. Over the years, the mall has declined. The past couple of years alot of renovating has given The Shops At Willow Lawn a new face lift. The Shops At Willow Lawn is now a outside mall(orginally a inside mall). I consider Willow Lawn more of a specialty mall now. Willow Lawn doesn’t have traditional mall stores like Macys, JC Pennys, Foot Locker, and Dillard’s. Willow Lawn does offer shoppers some cool specialty stores. Willow Lawn has some good chow down spots like 5 Guys Burger & Fries, Noodles & Co, and Panera Bread. Kroger grocery store is apart of the mall now. Willow Lawn has plenty of parking for customers. The Shops At Willow Lawn is located directly on the bus line, so its easy access to the mall. The Shops At Willow Lawn is a good spot to enjoy some of Richmond specialty stores.

Willow and Lawn has some great small shops. It has seen better days but they have changed the closed in mall into a open format. I am sure once completed my rating will increase. They shops have some big names and some very nice specialty shops that you have to try.

I grew up around this mall, I’ve seen it change so many times it ain’t funny. But it is still here and still open others have come and gone but not this place. They have a great location and the people that run this mall do a good job on keeping businesses in here not bad for being over 50 years old. Any way I love to come to this mall and look around it’s always changing.

This mall is a dump I’m not sure it can even be classified as a mall because there are only about 5 stores in the place. The only worthwhile part to it is Old navy. Yay, for Old Navy! Ok, the Kroger attached is useful and pretty nice, but I’m not sure thats a part of the mall.
