Stephanie and her team have been a breeze to work with over the last several years. First of all, they use pet, child and environment friendly products, and turn off all of the lights before leaving the house, which is awesome.
Secondly, they call regularly to determine our level of satisfaction and circulate satisfaction surveys if you’re more comfortable providing feedback electronically. If you want them to do something better or in a different way, they want to hear about it.
I’ve used other services in town, and WCCS’s rates fall somewhere in the middle, but their customer service and care for your home is worth a few extra dollars.
Finally, they came twice a month while I was on maternity leave, and Toni could not have been more accommodating of my crazy new mom needs.
