I am also leaving this at Hello Mcdonalds, I have been a loyal customer for the past 30 years and this is the first complaint I am making. I am VERY disappointed in the service at this location, specifically from a person in a grey sweater working the drive thru location. The Ridge, ny 11961 location, 1600 middle country rd, is less than two miles from my home. I have visited this location well over 200 times since I purchased my home. Of course, I do visit other MCD locations in various states including my own. I would estimate that I have been to MCD over 1,000 times in the past 30 years. Again, this is the first complaint I am making in over 1,000 visits. First, the person operating the drive thru speaker was very professional. I have no complaints with the way that my order was taken. My complaint begins with the process that took place immediately after. I was taken care of VERY quickly, which is a positive… HOWEVER Upon driving up to the 2nd window, as instructed, I had my payment ready. There were no cars in front or behind me. ALL of this can be verified by your video cameras inside and outside the store. I looked into the restaurant to see if anyone was there and I saw this man in the grey sweater standing VERY close with his female employee, his head was over her shoulder and it just seemed inappropriate. As the man in the grey sweater walked over and opened the door I was struck by his general unclean appearance, scraggly unkempt beard and poor attitude. At this time he gave a sigh, told me the price(I already had cash and exact change prepared with my hand holding it out the window) and slowly reached to take payment. He SAIDNOTHING — No EYECONTACT — NOTHANKYOU — NOTHING — JUSTLIKE A DIRTYUNKEMPTROBOT I was handed my beverage without eye contact or thank you. Then after a brief moment, I was handed the bag with the food. Again, NOCOMPLAINTSABOUTTHESPEEDOFSERVICE I noticed NO receipt on the bag but the man had already retreated from the window, and was again sidling up CLOSE with his female employee and beginning a conversation. The horn on my vehicle was broken, and I need a receipt for my business taxes but I was not given one so I was trying to get his attention by calling to him. But of course, his attention was on his female employee and her body. After perhaps 30 seconds or so of calling out to him«excuse me» «excuse me» the female employee looked over her shoulder and saw that I was signaling for attention. At this time he came to the window, opened it, and SAIDNOTHING. I asked if my receipt was inside the bag, and was treated with a loud SIGH, and the window closed again. Then He was pressing buttons on the receipt printer and I was handed a receipt. NOAPOLOGY, NOTHANKYOU, NOTHING. The receipt is very difficult to read, as the printer was/is running out of paper. I know this because the letters and numbers on the receipt are incomplete, with some missing and/or faded to an illegible degree. THERECEIPTISALSO with some long PINKSTRIPESONIT — signaling that the paper needs to be changed. I cannot finish my MCDVOICE complaint, as I DONOTHAVE A VALIDATIONCODE and the receipt reads ******DUPLICATE****** on the top. I cannot properly file a complaint through your systems as the person in the grey sweater failed to give me the proper tools that I am entitled to do as such. Went through the drive thru of this mcdonalds with my boyfriend on our way out of town, or rather back towards our town after a week long stay in Long Island. We grabbed some munchies for the road since it’s a long trip. Our order was accurate and the drive thru was very fast, which we appreciated since we were about to sit in the car for 6+ hours. Nothing jumped out at me or «wowed» me but I wasn’t disappointed.

Normally I chide people for rating McDonalds and places of the like but it I had an interesting experience here. The woman working in this drive thru has a very bad habit of not letting someone complete a sentence before interrupting them making it difficult to order.
