This Starbucks is wonderful, the staff is always very nice and gets my drink right every time. I mobile order almost every day and the employees at this Starbucks always remember my name and are very welcoming, friendly, and quick even when the store is very crowded.

Really nice people working here. They always give customers what they ask for. Other Starbucks don’t understand for some reason when you for example tell them you want your drink upside-down.

I love my Starbucks Family in Ridgecrest!!! I am a frequent visitor, the Barista’s never disappoint me and my drink is ALWAYS spot on!!! I love how personable they are with people, your not«just a customer» ever! The Barista’s are always cheerful, welcome you as you walk in, greet you with a smile when you order and always ask how your day is going! The Barista’s take their time to talk, listen and engage with you and get to know you more on a personal level, like Family! Not something you find in the«Big City» They all not only know my drink(Grande Mocha Frappuccino with 5 pumps Toffee-Nut, extra pump of base syrup, extra ice, double blended no whip cream, Ohhh and I order the same drink EVERYTIME) but they also know my «PINK cup»(Tupperware insulated tumbler). When I don’t have it with me(which is hardly ever until recently due to moving and it being packed) they would give me a hard time about not having my cup but only in a fun and cheerful way of course! It’s their way of encouraging me to get back in the routine of bringing my cup as I have for 3+ years now and them seeing me without my PINK cup is VERY out of character for me. Guess you can say I’m predictable, atleast at Starbucks anyway! I don’t like going out of town or to any other Starbucks because I have to SPELL out my order SPECIFICALLY(with my Starbucks Family they just KNOW what to make) otherwise it’s wrong and sometimes after being me spelling it out they STILL get it wrong. This is not ever a problem my Starbucks Family as they’ve had LOTS of practice(I use to go 4 – 5 times a day, now I’m down to 1 – 2 times a day!) making my drink. See you all again soon, I will be back!

My husband and I stop by here every now and then on our way to work, maybe 2 – 3 times a month. Nine times out of ten something in our order is wrong. Also, since we are not«regulars» we often get ignored in line while the baristas talk to people in line behind us instead of taking our order. There was one time the barista actually stopped taking our order(while I was midsentence) to ask a «regular» that had just walked in if he wanted the usual. But what happened today left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. Starbucks was offering bonus stars for using mobile order today so I thought I’d give it a shot. I placed my mobile order after I had gotten to the store(never did it before so I wasn’t sure how it worked). I guess the barista assumed since it was a mobile order that I was not in the store yet so she began to complain to her coworker for the next 5 minutes about the order. She moaned, sighed and continued to talk about how difficult it was to put a couple cakes in a bag until she was done. I’m sorry I interpreted her busy day to spend a little money at her store. I won’t be making that mistake again any time soon. If you want Starbucks in Ridgecrest that’s made correctly and without feeling like you’ve inconvenienced someone, steer clear of this one and go to the one in Albertson’s. I only wish that one was open when I go to work.

This location has awesome baristas who are super friendly and super fast! I got my drink within 1 minute of ordering! Since this is a Starbucks review I don’t really have much to say other than to rate service, cleanliness, environment, drink quality, and ease of parking. The service was phenomenal. As I said earlier their staff was really friendly and I got my drink really fast. I also had a 1 L Hydroflask that I needed to fill with water for my trip down to Los Angeles and the barista-cashier was more than glad to help me with my request! Cleanliness. This place was pretty spotless. No trash on the floor, no drink stains on the table. Someone should get a raise for making sure their tables are always kept nice. Drink quality: My Trenta came to be about half an inch lower than the actual cup. First time that this has happened to me actually. Most of the time the barista has to poor some out in order to fit the cap, but this time it’s quite the opposite. The lime they put into my Cool Lime refresher was also a bit brown. Since I came in around 10am, I have a feeling it was cut limes from the day before? –1 star. Ease of parking: The plaza this Starbucks is in features a lot of parking. Perhaps because I’m from Los Angeles this isn’t always the case, but this is a big part of how I rate getting my caffeine fix.

Got coffee great but had to wait(with no other customers) for some ice to cool coffee for I could leave. I’ll bring my own ice if I ever return(I like Denny’s dark roast better any day) !!

Nice Starbucks and pleasant staff. They always make sure you get what you want and if you don’t just let them know and they will go out of their way to fix it. I do miss the couches they used to have but the current furniture is much easier to clean I imagine. The have some outdoor seating available though I would avoid during summer months due to extreme heat here in the desert. Clean bathrooms and highchairs available for little ones. I love coming here to catch a coffee and relax although sometimes the line goes out the door. I think the only thing this store really needs is a drive thru and then it would be perfect!

The barista at this Starbucks who has short blonde hair and works 10 am on a Thursday is terrible. She actually rolled her eyes at me because she spoke to fast I could not understand what she said. Teach her some manners or at least give her a lesson in decent customer service.

This location is clutch. Not a lot of decent options in Ridgecrest. Thank goodness for holiday season and the return of holiday flavored drinks. Pumpkin spice for the win! #sexysocialite #youcantsitwithus

This Starbucks is the only ‘main’ one here. With this said, their service is alright and the it is always packed inside. This location always being packed, their service is average to below average. This location is nothing fancy. They have no drive thru, so you have to wait in a long line around the store for a good 30+ mins. There is seating outside and some inside, but not a lot. Coffee wise, this tastes just like the Starbucks Brand.

Who can keep track of all the SB’s they’ve been to? But this one stands out for being one of the worst in customer service. Walked in and to the counter where no one greeted me. Nope, not the 3 girls that were standing behind the counter. One finally asked for my order which went fine. After paying, walking off to the side and waiting for a bit, I saw an employee making herself an iced coffee and walking into the back. I sort of wondered where mine was. Well I decided to look to the side and realize it was sitting on the counter(closer to the barista station– not on the end where a customer would see it). Um ok. No name called. No drink called. Guess she was in a rush to get her own drink and go on break?

I must have went during rush hour(Friday 10 am) and while someone was on their break. I only saw 2 people working, 1 taking orders and 1 making drinks. The line was 10+ people deep and another 6 – 8 waiting on drinks. The coffee took a while but was made perfectly. Great job working with what you have! I’m not sure if they usually have extra staff, but it was needed. A drive thru and an extra staff member would add another star.

This is the only Starbucks in town, other than the small counter at Albertson’s. The staff here are great, friendly, and actually listen and make you the right thing! The lines can be long before work and at lunch, and their refrigerated food section can be completely empty if you happen to come in when they’re between orders(I heard one barista say it’s every two days, and Wednesday afternoon seems to be the worst time). My husband broke our french press one morning and I was racing to think of where I could get another one in this town that wasn’t Walmart made-in-China crap. I stopped here in the hopes that they’d have something or know where I could go, and YAY turned out they have a whole area near the milk/sugar counter where they sell a few different types of presses! Bodum brand, and then something else which I don’t remember. I know Bodum is good because they make my favorite double-wall thermo glasses from Crate & Barrel. It’s served us well so far. I do prefer their more citrusy, clean coffees(like the Blonde Roast). I’m mostly a tea drinker, but when I want an iced coffee, I don’t like the super dark stale tasting generic iced coffee they serve. Better to order a pour-over over ice with the coffee of your choice. I don’t take creams or sugars(fake or natural), so I like to have a really good coffee if that’s all I’m going to taste. My favorite to-go foods from Starbucks are the Southwest chicken green salad and the protein plate. I have their protein plate to thank for introducing me to Justin’s Peanutbutters, which I’ve subsequently only found in Whole Foods. It only has like 3 ingredients, and it’s SOGOOD.

We were on a random road trip and decided coffee was a must to make it home. Out came trusty Unilocal and we found this Starbucks. As far as Starbucks goes, it was pretty quiet and not terribly busy. The two ladies cashiering and making coffee were friendly, upbeat, and had a good sense of humor. Not bad for a Starbucks!

Came here on a long walk with my wife to get out of the house and get some exercise. This place was very very crowded, the line was out the door. Also it looks like the building this place is in could use some work as it appears a little rundown and shabby. But hey, what do you expect, it’s the only real starbucks around for miles, sometimes you just have to get what you can get #Ridgecrest.

Serviceable for your fix on tea/coffee/other drinks. Outdoor seating to chill out and unwind. Can get crazy at times but still serviceable, the staff are really great people

Probably the only place in town other than Denny’s to hang out late and be pretentious. This starbucks is filled with grubby teenagers and know it all college hippies at night. The fare is pretty standard starbucks, and the low inventory and few choices are pretty standard Ridgecrest. There is outdoor seating, for those two weeks a year when Ridgecrest has nice weather. Ample parking.

The service is very friendly, fast, and accurate. My drinks are always delicious and the baked goods are fresh — I especially love the blueberry oatmeal bars there! And Starbucks has been phasing out trans fats, so snacks/desserts you get there will be healthier than from many other places.
