When I first got to Ridgecrest, Walgreen’s used to take Tricare Insurance, but then one year they stopped. I refuse to go to a store(unless I really have to) that doesn’t support the military, especially in a military town. It used to be easy to go there to pick up prescriptions, during lunch breaks, but now I have to drive to the other side of town because of Walgreen’s. Way to support the military!

As usual, a known busy time and there is one person working. There is a line at the walk up and drive up.

Horrendously slow pharmacy. Multiple people behind the counter and yet the line barely moved. My prescriptions were called in early in the day, and I still had to wait for over an hour when I went to pick them up after work. And they were not even apologetic for the wait.

We have been sitting in line at the drive thru for forty minutes and still haven’t made it to the window even called the manager to complain. Not worth the convience of a drive thru.

This place is right near where I used to live, which was really nice. I could usually find what I needed here, oh and I really like the photo center! it’s good to have somewhere to get photos on this side of town, walmart being the other side. Contrary to what the other reviewers have said, I don’t remember meeting any rude employees. They’ve always been pretty nice to me.

I have to agree with the other reviewer. This place has pretty abysmal customer service. Go to the other drug stores in town for your essentials. It’s not worth dealing with the incredibly rude people that work at this one.
