Walked into the store and was going to buy some Festool equipment. As soon as you walked through the front door of the showroom you are greeted with a disgusting display of big game trophy taxidermy. Several big cats (leopards or cheetahs) in a staged fight over a kill with Hyenas. Several Moose and many other poor victims of this sicko owner are scattered among the power tools. Needless to say, I didn’t give this company my business and quickly exited the business. Will contact news organizations and see what they think. They should be ashamed.

I called about purchasing a track saw. They did not have it in stock, so they took my number and said they would find out when it was coming in and give me a call. After almost a week of not hearing from them, I called back. A different salesman said they were still not in stock and then he said «I don’t know if we’re ever going to restock this item.» There was no «but hold on and I’ll check on this for you» or anything like that. When I asked him if he could check on it, he immediately said «No, we aren’t getting any» and then hung up on me. Thanks for the help pal! I’ll make sure not to trouble you guys any more with the hassle of having to sell me things. From now on I’ll go to Tool Nut, where they don’t treat you like it’s a privilege for you to spend your money there.

I use these guys at my job. They are one of my vendors, but this was the first time that I actually visited them in their location. Large place and a pretty big staff. I saw quite a few customers there and everyone that needed help, was being helped. Their prices are good, hence I use them at my job, but they also know their stuff. It’s not like going to Home Depot or Loews and running into someone from the garden department in the hardware section.
After visiting their location for business, I can see how I would return if I needed something for personal use. The only thing that sort of sucks is how early they close.
