Two stars because they did fix my dishwasher.
Negative review because even though I told them exactly what was wrong, they needed to come see it for themselves. So they couldn’t come for a few days, then came to confirm the issue then I had to wait a week for them to come back win the part. So I was without without a dishwasher for a week and a half.
If that was the only issue, I would not have taken the time to come on Unilocal to complain. The worst part is that when the repair man came back, he brought an assistant and was degrading and rude to him the entire time. I felt terrible for this poor man and it made the whole experience incredibly uncomfortable for me.
