The little mugs they serve their coffee in are so cute and they sell for $ 20. A little bit pricey if you ask me, but they’re quaint little souvenirs. I had their Belgium waffle with blueberries and pecans and they do NOT skimp out on the toppings. Legit breakfast place here. I also ordered the chorizo and it was tasty, but I was picturing sausage when I ordered it, but it’s more like a ground meat. It was good, but really salty. If you get them, get it with something sweet to offset the salty taste.

So much fun! This is such a cute family brunch or date restaurant. The food is so fulfilling and filling! It’s located in a nice, outdoor mall so it’s in a great place to dine and then shop. Definitely a place I will be returning to. Lots of food option and the prices are quite reasonable for the portion sizes.

An outstanding breakfast spot! I have been here many times, and have always enjoyed my breakfast! They make their biscuits from scratch, as well as the sausage and the gravy. Wow! This is a fresh, homemade breakfast. Obviously my favorite thing here is the biscuits gravy, however they have all sorts of great breakfast items and a full bar. I usually sit at the bar, watching the news and enjoying a nice leisurely breakfast. You can have a Bloody Mary if you like… the staff aim to please, and don’t rush you. Come on in and enjoy a great, fresh breakfast!

This is our second time to this café. Today my husband and I had the pancake combo, which includes two eggs made to order and a choice of bacon, sausage or links. Not knowing the size of their buttermilk pancakes we both ordered two each. They are huge and we needed a to go box. Next time I will only order one pancake. The food was good and reasonably priced. Our waitress, Shaun, greeted us with a huge smile, she was quick, efficient and energetic. We will definitely be back!

In general this is not what I expected this place to be and not in a good way. I was disappointed in the service and food. I started with a Chocolate Dream specialty drink. It was not that great. It was suppose to have Frangelico in it but I just tasted bitter weak coffee . I also stated with the infamous Biscuit Beignets. Absolutely delicious. Light and airy biscuit puffs of awesome. I expected them to be heavier but was pleasantly surprised. The dipping sauce or marmalade with it was a smart choice. I had some left over and they still tasted good a few hours later. Sign of a good baked item. For my main course I had Lobster and Brie Omelette. The English muffin with my omelette was stale and cold. I didn’t too much like the presentation of the lobster in a pink roll on top of the omelette. It’s quite reminiscent of canned lobster or imitation lobster. I ordered regular coffee. It was extremely weak and bitter which when in the Chocolate dream made it taste like water mixed with liqueur and the actual coffee tasted like water. My omelette was over done and I really could have made a better one myself. The lobster even tasted like imitation. I asked the waiter if it was real and he said yes. But it tasted too fishy which tells me it’s either been canned or frozen and isn’t fresh. Not a fan of the potatoes either. They tasted pre-packaged and previously frozen. I sat outside and I like their patio. They have tables with umbrellas which helped block any sun. However I waited nearly 15 min after I got done eating for my waiter to come back and check on me. I looked inside and about 4 staff were just hanging out at the patio window chit chatting. My waiter was nice but not exceptional. I do not recommend this place. Honestly I feel like I’d get a more filling and fresher breakfast at somewhere like Chick-fil-A.

Great, affordable brunch! What more could you ask for? The omelette I had was so fluffy and delicious. And the grits… The grits… Get the grits. Not to mention, great service! Just don’t go during lunch hour because it gets super busy, but there’s a reason why! Next time I go I’ll be sure to try the pancakes!

I’ve really wanted to like this place. Been here 3 times for breakfast but it’s just not that good. Service is mediocre. Nothing more to it.

Have eaten here three times and yummy! Delicious brunch. Omelettes are outstanding and cooked perfect. Wait staff very good. I also had gluten-free waffles with pure maple syrup. Good allergen friendly.

Starting with the positive: I had the black bean Bennie and it was, really good. And now for the rest. I didn’t initially get what I ordered and our coffee was served cold. My partner’s plate was pretty standard diner breakfast food and was overpriced. My gripe: I think it’s overpriced. His gripe: he thinks someone should’ve tried to apologize or compensate for the bad service. We both worked extensively in the food service industry and understand that bad days happen. But we left unsatisfied and it didn’t have to be that way. But, like I said, when the black bean burger Benedict finally came out, it was really good.

Great food and service! Came in from Chicago and came here for brunch on Saturday morning. 20 minute wait for a great meal! Menu has a vast variety of choices! Try the Floridian can’t go wrong!

Great food. My daughter and I went on July 3 for brunch. It was very busy and we had to wait 30 minutes for our table. Then, no one greeted us or took our drink order. The bartender ended up picking up our table and he had too much on his plate. However, he was polite and the hearty food chosen from a large menu with many options earned this place 4 stars from me. The pancakes are huge. My potato, asparagus, shrimp dish was great. The rasberry tea doesn’t need sugar. We will be back.

They should learn how to cook eggs. I told waiter cook well done & they could even be char broiled. Runny eggs brought out. I asked him to return & cook them. They were once again brought out runny. By then I had finished my bacon, potato, & English muffin. In addition, service was horrible. Trying to get waiter. Then when he brought bill. I waited on my change. He brought the bills but not the change. I was not going to tip for runny eggs I could not eat but he kept my change. Also he never once offered to refill my coffee. T One of the most horrible places I have ever eaten.

The finest breakfast experience in the metro area. ABE has a full range menu with omelettes and Benedicts, as well as pancakes and waffles. The food is delicious, consistent, and the ingredients are superb. Their Eggs Benedict is the best that I have ever had! A unique offering not to be missed is the sweet potato pancake. It fills your plate with sweet and spicy comfort food goodness. It is topped with candied pecans for a spicy crunch. Wow! Even more remarkable is the waitstaff. Somehow ABE attracts the nicest staff in town, regardless of price point. Jerry, Neil, Keith, and the rest of the crew are the kind of truly good human beings who you want to know. They are key reasons that my wife and I are regulars. On weekends there is sometimes a wait. This speaks to the consistency and quality of the food and experience.

Stopped by at the recommendation of a friend and I should have looked at the reviews first. This place is really overprice for what you get especially including the service. I ordered a drink and when I got it, it wasn’t the best so I send it back. What a mistake because I never got another one. Lol! Guess it is impossible to mess something up that you don’t get. The food was pretty good and don’t drink the water because it was really bad.

Backstory: I would give them more stars if I could. The new Memphis location on Park is scheduled to open by March. Very nice décor — upscale done right and way above Panera’s. Think Palo Alto modern where they were based before opening a corporate office downtown Memphis. Food was excellent and we ordered everything from scrumptious beignets with marmalade to several breakfast specials including blackberry pancakes. The coffee was served in custom glazed mugs which I wanted even though I don’t and never will drink coffee. Our server was Mac who should be a manager — he is great! If we didn’t need to get back with an Oxford detour would be there still. Who gets up at 5 am for a 196 mile one way trip for breakfast? Foodies!

This place is delicious! I got the crabcakes cavallos with the country potatoes, and the eggs are poached perfectly, so much so, that they almost look like whip cream on top of the crabcakes. It’s is a little pricey, but when you are getting steak, salmon, and crabcakes for breakfast you have to expect the price tag. The atmosphere is quaint and they are open from 7 – 2. They also serve alcohol in the mornings, so drink up! I will definitely be back, but only to treat myself because it’s expensive. Overall great place with excellent food!

This food chain restaurant is one of the best. I don’t understand what is the negative connotation with food chain places but they are successful for a reason. Anyways on to the important things. This is a great brunch place to bring your love ones for Easter or Mother’s Day. You can’t go wrong with breakfast food. I got the French toast with eggs and sausage and my friend, Chris, got the Benedict Oscar. Both entrees are phenomenal and I just wanna go back for seconds.
