I had a great experience here. Staff were super friendly even in all of the Christmas Eve madness. I had a custom makeover appointment. My makeup artist was really nice and took her time with me. Other staff would pass by and comment on how good she was doing which showed that they are pretty supportive of each other. The custom makeover requires spending at least $ 50 in store. She made suggestions when I asked about things but there was no pressure to spend an insane amount of money. I was also given a couple of samples of products to try. I will say that it took more than 45 minutes so budget more time for makeovers. I wasn’t bothered though. She took the time to chat about what I wanted and made sure the makeup was a good match. I’ll definitely go back more often.

This store has the best customer service I have ever encountered! As soon as you walk in, someone is there to greet you and help guide you through the store. there’s one girl in particular, whom I absolutely adore. She always does an amazing job telling me the pros and cons of a product and doesn’t try to convince me to buy the most expensive thing. Also the samples! Omg she makes the most generous samples.

I went to this store today(4÷11÷13) with numerous specific products in my online Sephora shopping cart — items I intended to buy at this location after being able to try them on/test them on my skin. The weather was horrible, so there were only 2 other customers in the store. Not only did no one offer to assist me or help me with products, no one even acknowledged my presence or spoke to me the entire time I was in the store. I wandered around, attempted to test products on myself, and was in there for probably 15 – 20 minutes. Very poor service for a store where service is really required to make a proper purchase. My guess is they’re paid hourly and not on commission. I saw a male and a female worker — both of whom were sitting in director’s chairs talking to each other the whole time. I went to the White House Black Market store in the same shopping center after leaving Sephora and one of the sales clerks told another clerk«Sephora just brought us tons of samples — take some home with you» — I thought — gee, that must be nice. I won’t be visiting this location or making purchases from there in the future.

The customer service at this site was amazing! I was highly disappointed that this location does not sell MAC products. Fortunately, I was able to try out some Clinique and I have a new found love for their products. I’m a very satisfied customer.

I went in to this Sephora looking for my shishedo softner. I had just ran out!(Tragedy!) I walked in, and the workers were all gathered in the front of the store maybe having a meeting? I walked to the skin care section and found that my beloved softner was out of stock(and previously reading the below review, I was thinking O no. this is going to suck. I’m going to be stuck here jumping up and down trying to grab someones attention!) But that wasn’t the case at all! I think they saw my searching face… and one of the workers was very gracious and willing to help. She searched all over for my softner, and even another worker vollunteered to walk in the back and search all over! I was shocked at the amazing customer service! And after all the searching, they were sadly out of stock. :(But alas she walked over and made me little sample bottles from the last lone tester bottle to get me thru my trip! Wow! I ended up snagging some additional skin care stuff and headed out feeling really takin care of! I wish I could remember the girls name! Thanks for being so helpful!

Dreadful customer service… The workers are way too busy talking to each other to provide you any assistance. The one girl that I was finally able to get to help me lacked adequate knowledge of Sephora’s cosmetic lines. I am so glad this isn’t my home Sephora!
