I went there to order food when I was standing there for half a hour still nobody was there to take my order worst place ever

got a response from the franchise owner and stated that my time going there coincides with their required reset of their system? thats right put the blame on the customer, you are just contributing to the sickness of our society of outsourcing responsibility, i have gone there on different times, you guys want a $ 15/​hr? and you cant even get someones order correct, or it takes you 4 hours to reset your system, then why do you have a open sign flashing? all in all bottom line whether or not your employees cant get the system running there is absolutly no excuse for being RUDE

So obviously no one checks these reviews let’s be realistic. I’ve actually lived behind this McDonalds for 27 years. I stop to get something quick and simple after work a few times but it never works out for me. It’s a 24 hour spot. Right now it’s 2:40 am and I’m told I can’t get anything till 5am. So much for «24 hours». Even tho in the past I’ve been able to get something Btwn 3 and 5 am. Oh well. If there was a negative star that’s what I would give… one star is too much for this spot to handle. …maybe one day corporate would look at all the reviews of this horrid spot.

Horrible horrible horrible. I see why the manger was talking about everyone quitting. Fix your drivethru your exit section fkd my car up smh. Stop burning the nuggets, remember to put ketchup in my order bag and stop telling the kids in the play area to «quiet down» it’s a damn play area. Clean up this place as the floors and tables were filthy. Get rid of the ghetto females eyeballing me because I’m sending my food back to get cooked properly.

There are flies everywhere. The tables are dirty. The floor is sticky. There was a spider on top of the table and my 6yr old brother found it crawling on his arm. Disgusting place. It shud be shut down. Health hazard.

This is the worse run McDonalds that I have ever seen. Tons of people working but they can’t get you in and out. I ordered a salad and I waited 15 minutes. It’s not like they had to cut up the lettuce or do anything other than take it out of the refrigerator and throw some grilled chicken on it. Another time I went in for a smoothie. I waited 12 minutes for that. There were two customers in the restaurant at the time. When I complained to the McDonalds Corp. things did improve but then they went right back to the way they were. I don’t go there anymore. I guess it works out for the best since I don’t need all those calories.

One star rating is for this location. The food is standard McDonald’s fair, okay. The service is horrendous. The drive through has to be the slowest in Queens, orders consistently screwed up, cashiers got attitude, they can’t understand what a dark coffee is, and won’t give you milk on the side. Well if you can’t make me a dark coffee, let me make it myself, but no, every time there is a problem. I rather go to the one in Sunnyside but they’re under renovation.
I like McDonalds coffee, but it’s not worth the agravation. Then again, I put up with it every once in a while since there is no other place in Maspeth that makes good coffee.
Oh and they have the absolute filthiest bathroom, they never clean the sink, the toilet seat is broken, grafitti, no mirror.
They just got wi-​fi but you have to pay.

U gotta know, these 4 stars are not for the burgers — they bite.
It’s not the fries; and yes they’re good but it’s always nappy time for me after I eat their fries.
The 4 stars are only for the iced coffee.
I just tried their Vanilla flavored iced coffee for the first time recently. $ 1.99 for a large (22 ounces or so?). Wow! For flavor and price alone, it’s better than your typical coffee shop’s cold caffeine. Definitely better than Bigbucks’ iced coffee. And who woulda thought Mickie D’s would have good iced coffee? Go figure.
Oh yah, this location has a drive thru too.
