Elizabeth Franqui is unprofessional, disrespectful, and a poor therapist. She says it’s not about the money, but it is indeed all about the money. She says she is there to help you, but she doesn’t. She doesn’t silence her phone and it’s always ringing and making notification sounds. She also rarely starts the sessions on time. She takes time away from the sessions at the beginning to catch up on her phone calls and texts. She would lose my focus when her phone rings or she gets a text because she will stop the session and respond. This is unprofessional and other professionals don’t do that during the session. In addition, she makes the session about her instead of the patient. She gives you her personal examples, but nobody cares about her personal life. It should be about the patient, not her. She also constantly talks about her Hispanic culture. The patient doesn’t care about this! If she wants to talk about herself, then she needs to see a therapist. She is also very rude, fake, blunt, selfish, and makes the patient feel inferior by saying, «Do you understand?» repeatedly. If I didn’t understand, I would say something. She thinks she’s better than you and pretends like she actually cares about her patients. She has a rude, unprofessional, condescending, and fake tone. When she speaks, she has an attitude. She shouldn’t be a therapist because she’s not helping patients.

Discreet, professional, very helpful. Located right off the corner under a black awning. Receptionists have a real interest in your care, too. Therapist is knowledgable and well versed in the area of family and individual therapy, among other areas. Trained professionals, for sure!
