Been here 3 times and every time leave very unsatisfied and hungry. The service is slow and not friendly. All 3 times the beef patties were blood red and cold
But the fries were what I expected. Not sure I’ll be back

Slow but accurate. 9:45 PM on a midweek night, my wait in the drivethrough was longer than I would have liked but my food was hot and fresh and exactly as I ordered it.
Very easy to get back onto the highway!

This is my third visit to this Wendy’s and the third time I have been disappointed. There have been missing items from my drive through order each time I have been there. Luckily, I check my bags and usually catch this. Tonight, my two kids meals were both missing the toys, which is the only reason any little kid looks forward to eating fast food. They were also missing their BBQ sauce. When I brought this to the server’s attention, she gave me a dirty look and tossed one sauce at me for two kids meals. She then served up a bit more attitude with my kids meals toys. When I got home, I discovered that the sour cream and chive baked potato I ordered came with honey mustard, no sour cream. Three strikes, they are out. I won’t be stopping here again!

Pretty and fresh new location directly across from the Boeing Plant. I stopped in here to pick up some fries on Sunday morning at lunch time — around 12. Only three cars in the lot and the fries tasted like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. The place probably does a great business on the week days, but not today. The Royal Farms will be opening next door and a Microtel hotel just behind it, so maybe the future holds more promise.
Right now they are offering a key tag for $ 1 that gets you a free Jr. Frosty until December, 2015. So if you are a Frosty Fan, stop in.
Service was peppered with all the right customer service phrases but these folks appear to be tired of it already. (Sigh.)

Full star rating for being a great example of one of the new-format Wendy’s. Clean inside, quick service, all food I ordered hot and fresh at 6:30 pm on a Thursday night. Girl that took my order was friendly and efficient. I ordered a double, a junior bacon cheeseburger, and nuggets. Hit the spot.

Have you ever been to a Wendy’s with panoramic windows, wooden floors, and a fire place in the wall? If you haven’t, you should check this one out!
The food is typical Wendy’s fair, but the interior is really nice and the parking lot is huge.

It’s a Wendy’s, so nothing too crazy about the place. It’s new, so that means everything is still clean and nice looking. Customer service is good so far.
