Twisters

Forgot to give me my chile cheese fries yet didn’t forget to charge me for them. All this after I witness the manager chastising an employee for handing out ketchup without charging the customer for it. Lame! Like most food in NM, it’s mediocre at best.

I love twisters but over the years I’ve stopped coming because the food and the service seems to be going downhill. However a twisters style burrito sounded really good so I gave them another shot and it was awful. I sat at the drive through window for 17 minutes and during the time I watched the manager and an employee scream at each other for 6 minutes (I recorded it), the window was half open so I could hear clearly, lots of cussing, really unprofessional. I asked the man at the window if he was the manager and he said yes, and apologized then asked me to pull forward because it was taking awhile and there were other people. Manager asked if there was anything he could get us, I told her him no but I was just shocked he would let an employee talk to him like that. Food was dry and bland as well and not super comfortable eating it since the guy making it was obviously furious.

Great food, my whole family ordered different burritos and I ordered the beef taco salad, it was very good and came in a nice, hard, basket shaped tortilla.
Staff is very friendly and checks on you while you’re here, when I arrived, the restaurant was pretty messy and there was sticky liquid on the floor, but was cleaned in matter of minutes, another down was the lack of WiFi, this led me to giving 4 stars.
Overall, the food is amazing, great New Mexican style as well as great customer service. All it needs is a tad more attention at the tables, and WiFi.

I wish I could write two reviews. One would be for five stars because I really enjoyed getting the full-​size burrito because it is plenty of food, super tasty and the green chili has just enough of a bite. However, I recently ordered their green chili stew. This was not stew, instead, it was basically the topping they put over their burritos. Very disappointed in the stew and surprised is even a menu item.

What a disappointment. I like Twisters. Really I do. It’s cheap, fast, the chile has bite and the portions are enough to fill my belly. However… this location totally let me down. I got the enchilada platter and it was so sub-​par that I could barely finish it (I always finish my meals even if it’s crap). The rice was so old and dried I thought I was eating gravel. The whole plate was barely warm-​the cheese in my enchiladas was still in it’s shredded state.
This location is dead to me.

Good Food, Great Service, Great Price. Pretty Consistent amongst the Twisters. Service with a Smile.

I love this place and the portions are generous. Fresh ingredients and excellent service top it all off. Great prices for everything. They have awesome green chili with a nice bite to it.
