Arby’s

My experience at this location was the worst I’ve ever had at a food establishment. The cashier didn’t take my order right. Simple as that! Had to make something easy too hard. There was no clear communication between the team. Even after I returned to have then fix my order, it was still wrong. When I got home we realized the market fresh sand which we ordered was not the one we wanted. Look I’m usually reasonable, I hate complaining because I really do understand what it’s like to work with customers. However, when I call you to inform you that I am not a satisfied customer and you then blame me and say it’s me who ok’d the order so there’s nothing we can do! My order was not difficult even if I said yes my order looks correct, it’s up to Arby’s employees to make sure it comes out that way. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Please keep in mind that this is still a fast food joint, don’t expect a Michelin Star experience.
Fast and friendly service serving fresh product accurately. Any eatery that knows what an Arnold Palmer is AND makes it correctly gets another star from me any day.

After 10, the Central Valley doesn’t seem to have many choices for food. Where I lived in the past, I could go to whatever fast food place Love’s Travel Stops had.
We were greeted quickly and the person took the order efficiently. The price isn’t inexpensive, but that’s Arby’s. If you want oven-​roasted beef at fast food prices, this is as close as you’ll get.
It takes a little while for food to arrive and this was no exception. Fries and potato cakes were hot, hot, hot but my junior roast beef was warm, warm, warm. Adding Horsey (horseradish) sauce didn’t warm it up. My milk shake was strangely not thick and frozen, as it should have been for Arby’s.
Everything tasted fine, especially the Jamocha shake but the temperature of the sandwich and the milk shake were oddly not where they should have been.

This Arby’s was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is attached to a convenience store (Loves), which also has gas, making this a good place to stop off the 99 to get a bite to eat, gas up, and use the restroom. The store and restroom were also clean.
My favorite menu item is the Chicken Cordon Blue sandwich. The Classic Roast Beef is good too.

One of the worst Arby’s I have been to. Sandwiches are hardly warm, and the manager was completely unapologetic. We had a fairly large order, one of the sandwiches being a smokehouse brisket that we had ordered at a different Arby’s before and LOVED. The one from this place was cold with little sauce, buns tasted stale, and all in all just not worth your money. Find a different Arby’s to go to, we won’t be back.
*Edit*- within 30 minutes of eating, not only had my son vomited everything he ate, but I did as well. Take it as you will.

I was rolling back from LA after picking up my Whip Black Beauty in Merced. Highway 99 was fairly empty. So I took my Vette up to 150 and cruised it for a few seconds. I then stopped at the Loves Truck stop to fuel up on some Unleaded .
Lucky for me there was a 24 Hours Arbys there. So I stopped there for a snack. I ordered a 5 piece Chicken Tenders Snack with Curly fries and a Root beer. They cooked them up fresh so they were pretty decent for a midnight snack.
I paid by Discover and rolled out.

I was here few months ago but I still remember the friendliness and quickness of service. The cleanliness of this place makes it more welcoming. I got 5 items for $ 5.95.

Clean, fast, efficient. Great location: right near freeway, co-​located with a Love’s travel stop, and near a Sonic.
