My guilty pleasure. I love their pan pizzas. Anyway. Delivered super fast both times I’ve ordered from them. Delivery guy is super friendly, even though their hours are strange, I’m very happy we finally have one in the area!

Westwood, NJ
Saw a commercial for the new Cheeseybites pizza and decided to give into this greasy gluttonous treat. Ordered online and went to pick it up. No seating like the Pizza Huts I’m usually familar with. Just a counter in the back of the place with no waiting area. Feels like you are in the kitchen. Anyway… I get home and we were given a regular pie. I call and tell them the mistake and they say they will make a new, correct one. I ask for delivery but they say it will take over an hour. So I schlep back out. Before hanging up I get them to agree to giving me a $ 5 coupon but I’m not sure how it will work… I think it is linked to my phone number. When I get there, they take back the wrong pizza (wonder what they will do with it) and hand me a new one. I peek in and see the crust and leave. OF COURSE, when I get home, I discover that left off one of the toppings. One and done with this place.
Pizza was greasy and tasty but super filling.

I just tried to place an order for delivery. I live 3 miles away and off of Kinderkamack Rd. (the road they are off of). The rude guy on the phone screamed at me when I couldn’t understand him when he said they don’t deliver to my town. Okay, where do you deliver to? Just next door? I also gave him my phone number, which is an (845) number and he screams again, it is 201. I had to tell him 5 times, no exaggeration, that it is not a 201 number. They are big dbags in this location, I will go back to Rockland County for my Pizza Hut of 27+ years.

So admittedly I was in the mood for bad food and wanted to try one of their promotional pizza’s. Regardless… I ordered online as I usually do with stuff like this, got to the store and I was ignore for a good five minutes. Despite the fact that you can’t miss it when I walk into a place, I just don’t get it. Then they proceed to tell me that they tried to call me about my order (it wasn’t by any means complicated). Apparently they have had some issues with online orders and need to call you back to verify what they order. Of course I forgot to put in my cell number, so when they called my house they said «no, we didn’t order anything.» That’s definitely my fault… but being ignored is not cool. The pizza on the other hand… what you would expect from a place like this.
