Worst experience ever! I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, which were smashed horribly. My «large fry» was pathetically old and barley 10 fries! The employees did not seem to care what came out of that kitchen. If i could i would give it zero stars

I have been going to this DQ location since I moved to River Falls two years ago. Each year the quality of the blizzards continues to go down. I was there last night and I was handed a cup of soupy «blizzard.» I was too dumbfounded to do anything other than grab the cup that was dripping melted ice cream all over my hand. The server saw my face and at least handed me a bunch of napkins. In all my travels this is the worst DQ I’ve ever run into, and if they weren’t the only ice cream place in town I’d never stop there again.
I keep hoping the manager or owner will realize how poorly their employees are at their job and either properly train them or get rid of them.

They renovated the outside of the building. Inside the building it is a little outdated. The salad is very good. The food is always fresh.

River Falls, WI
This DQ location is very busy in the summer, but I have always been able to go in and order some ice cream and walk out with it in a timely manner. The seating inside could use some updating but the outside seating under the trees is very nice. I use the drive through a lot when the kids are along. It is very quick and they have always gotten my orders correct.
I don’t think I have ever eaten a meal at this location mostly because there are too many other places to get good food in RF. They do have a nice menu selection of fast food offerings.
