McDonald’s

By far worst McDonald’s around. Place needs to be gutted. Only reason I go here is it’s the only one close to my house. Night manager is a joke. Something is always missing. Burger, fry, napkins, straw, something. Once waited 20 min. for my soda cause they were changing the pop. Proceeded to watch car after car drive by with there orders. Finally walked in and the manager told me they had to take care of the drive thru first. So you’ll have me wait? Idiot. Garbage

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Never leave without checking your bag, nine out of ten times it’s wrong. They charge you a .19 drink upgrade on the Happy Meal for your child to have milk or juice and not pop. Ordered a large fry with no salt and a small fry with salt, watched them remove a basket of fries, make up an order and proceed to give it to the person who placed their order after me. I then had to wait another ten mins after my initial 10 min wait and the small fry had no salt as well. I will gladly drive a little out of my way to go to the McDonald’s in Elmwood Park, no upgrade charge and your order is always right and hot. And forget about complaining they just look at you, what a dump.

If I could give this McDonalds ZERO STARS, I would do it. Order is NEVER correct, plus they have double charged my bank account twice… Time spent calling the bank, no answer when you try to contact this McDonalds by phone, filing a complaint with Corp.
Something should REALLY be done about this place.

How does a McDonald’s not have orange juice for a week and a half? Only this place, the same joint that will sell you a packet of ketchup for your Gene and Jude fries but curiously can’t give you a cup of OJ with your Egg McMuffin. This place is a dump.

Really closed early :(can here few min before close to just get a couple of drinks and they where already closed down.

Never come here! I’ve been to this place a couple times & every time I do they always get my order wrong. It’s so bad, they don’t even know how to do a simple job. They don’t deserve 2 stars it should be 0.

Hate this McDonalds! If you visit, make sure you double check everything, service is horrible and if you do drive-​thru be prepared to wait for 15 minutes, (if lucky), at the front entrance marked number 1. Food is always cold and they ALWAYS mess up my order.

If I could have given them 0 stars they would surely have been the proud recipients.
This has to be by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Unless your only ordering a happy meal be prepared to be directed to spot #1 were you’ll wait for at least 20 minutes and then as if that’s not bad enough you’ll have to drive back around to remind them your still waiting for your food. Don’t even think about leaving without checking your bag because they very rarely ever get your order right, will charge you for an extra BBQ even though you have a 20 piece order of nuggets, never remember to put napkins, ketchup or straws in your bag and fill your large order of fries ½ way which essentially is a medium at a large price. If ever a franchise should take a business back this would be the location to do it. They’re definitely ruining the Golden arch’s name.

Horrible service! They never fail to get something wrong. Want something plain? NOPE! Not going to happen! Want BBQ sauce with your chicken nuggets? NO SAUCE FOR YOU! The service is actually unbelievable. I’ve gotten so frustrated that I called the corporate office. No response. Shocker. If it wasn’t so incredibly convenient (down the street) I would never return. But about once a month I just get that craving, unfortunately.

Not only do they atually feel the need to charge for ketchup packets my orders have been recently screwed up and I’ve been overcharged.
