I will never go back to neat cleaners again. I dropped off a total of four clothing items. Three of my items were okay, the one item that I dropped off was an expensive greyish-​brown sweater. When I got my clothing items back my greyish-​brown sweater was baby blue with random white spots! I brought in my receipt and asked for my money back for the cleaning and the shirt. The woman told me it’s the store’s responsibility (where I purchased the sweater) Then she claimed that I brought that sweater in the baby blue color, she «remembers the sweater being baby blue.» I received my money back for cleaning a total of $ 3.75. I advise you to take a picture of any and all of your items before drop off.

We love Lee the owner of this dry cleaners!!!
I’ve been dropping off my husbands shirts and suits every week for the past 3 years and there hasn’t been a time that everything hasn’t come back excellent. I’ve also noticed as I stand waiting in line a couple of times, that she knows everyone’s name and story and always asks politely how their loved ones are doing. Never once forgetting to give the kids each a handful of lollipops, they love her too. We’ve strayed a couple of times for Sunday alterations, but besides that she’s the best cleaners in this tiny little town.
