So, I order from here roughly once a week.(I’m addicted to pizza.) they know my name, address, and my order, if I had to guess, and I tip the delivery drivers really well(from their reactions anyway. Maybe this isn’t the case, if not I’d happily tip more) Today, I asked a delivery to be made to the local park instead of my home,(roughly 100 yards father to go for the driver) at inspiration point(if you know the area). The 16ish year old on the phone told me he needed a solid address, which I don’t have(it’s a park that I don’t know of any signs) so I said, «it’s inspiration point, I have a very hard time believing you or someone else in the store doesn’t know where it is.» His response is, «well we don’t deliver to there»(keep in mind, it’s right next to the house they deliver to roughly once a week) I will no longer get my pizza fix from this place, unless this has been corrected. I will be using the better tasting(yet slower to prepare and more expensive) local guys, Boss’ Pizza, who have never been rude to me.

I like the carry out specials. Always fresh and made to order. Delivery is available, just don’t use it.

I have to say that I was not a fan of Domino’s Pizza for many years. We would occasionally use them when I was in college to take advantage of a coupon deal or to feed a big group, but they were never a place I was eager to do business with. It always felt like pizza made with the least amount of effort possible. I’d usually have preferred a Red Baron. When Domino’s started their new ad campaign where they decry that they are committing themselves to quality, I was extremely skeptical. But with the urging of a couple of friends, I tried them again after many many years of choosing competitors. I have to say, I’m pretty glad that I did. While I would not call them my favorite, they have become a regular fixture in my rotation. I have really liked their thin crust pizzas. They have a unique taste and I love the cracker thin crust. It’s unique and it makes them stand out from the crowd. They have managed to make their product desirable to me. In addition to the improved quality of the food, is the improved quality of the experience. The app for tracking your order is unsurpassed and they give you a target delivery time that has yet to be missed in my experiences so far. I can call myself a fan of Domino’s Pizza now, and I’m glad to have the additional option when ordering a pizza. So thanks to Domino’s for really stepping up. For recognizing their faults, and going to great lengths to address them and make appropriate smart choices and smart changes.
