Fast friendly and yummy! The people working were super friendly and were quick to help. Love all the favors and mix ins. Gonna have to see what the ice cream cakes are about next time.

3 stars for the awesome and friendly customer service that me and my boyfriend received from Erica! We just opened up a clothing store across the plaza and it was our first time here, it was pretty hot outside. As soon as we walked through the doors she was super friendly!

I love getting ice cream here we alway’s come here I think it’s better than Baskin-​Robbins ice cream and I like that you can pick different ice cream and put different things in it and they make it right there in front of you and I always get it in the waffle cone that way you can share it it’s so yummy..

One person working at 7 PM? With a line of 14 people and the time it takes for him to make a dish and cash people out, how long do you expect people to wait? Ridiculous!

I’m a fan of cold stone anyway, but I’m more impressed by the young man working all by himself on a Sunday afternoon. The place was busy and he stayed calm, offered samples, apologized for the wait and was friendly with everyone. This day was jan. 11, 2015. Even when the couple walked in with their four kids he didn’t flinch! I left him a tip when he wasn’t looking so he wouldn’t feel like he’d have to sing. Good job guy!

I called to see what time they close keep in kind it’s a Friday night! and the employee said Right Now!!!8:40 She said she put all the ice cream away 20 min BEFORE CLOSING!!! Management needs to manage their employes to gain business Not Lose Business!!! Bad service and I haven’t even stept inside to get served!!!

Good tasting ice cream, good assortment. Very pricey. On the way out of town. We stopeed for something at SaveMart and saw Coldstone. It is just like all of the rest, expensive and tasty. Darren was great and helped us out with our order. He is a great staff person and is very customer service oriented.

I LOVE Cold Stone Creamery but was really disappointed that today, on Father’s Day, there was a 30 minute wait becAuse they were only staffed with two people. Don’t get me wrong both the boy and the girl were super friendly and nice but they needed to have more support. I commend them for keeping their cool as the line would get down only for another large group to walk in… but the ice cream was still delicious as always!

Walk in and immediately check for a cavity or into straight insulin shock, lol! But really though, it smells so GOOD and sugary sweet in here and my kids LOVE it!
Always greeted with a friendly hello from the folks behind the counter and we have always loved the style of Cold stone. Picking out your favorite flavor and then one or two or hey even 3 of their MANY «add in» and watching them blend it together on the slab and looking yummy awesome!
Although they don’t have a dozens of flavors (they’re not Baskin Robbins people) the flavors they do have are yummy! My favorite is Birthday cake. HEAVEN! And I love the funnel cake sooooo good!
For a super specialty treat this is our go to spot. Too bad they don’t do the singing anymore when you put money in the tip jar, but if you ask. They might! Lol

It’s been years since I have had ice cream from Cold Stone, mainly do to the fact that once they got down mixing in the add on’s the ice cream was all gooey and nearly melted down, luckliy due to a freind’s suggestion we went their last night and I have been missing out! OMG the ice cream was sooo good.

I sent my Unilocal review to Cold Stones customer service on their website. The next day Leonard the owner of the Riverbank and several other Cold Stone’s located in Northern California e-​mailed me a generic apology, I sent Leonard a thanks for the generic apology e-​mail back. He called me, admitted it was a generic apology e-​mail and said he was sending me a certificate to try their ice cream again, I thanked him for the nice gesture… I can’t wait to try Cold Stone again!
