The best Starbucks out there in my area! I’ve tried so many different Starbucks stores in my area and they all get my order wrong or screw it up. This Starbucks has the friendliest baristas and the best quality drinks that are what you actually ordered!

I live in riverbank and have come to this Starbucks plenty of times but this time was odd. Me and my fiancé came through the drive thru and was greeted with“what can k get for you”. First of all just because your a chain coffee shop doesn’t mean I automatically know what I want so a simple «her how are you doing» first would be nice. Also the dude didn’t even say bye or have a goodnight, he was sort of rude. Your working for a paycheck and part of your job is to have good customer service.

So disappointed. I use this Starbucks all the time but after today and the change in their gold rewards I won’t return. I had a coupon offer, just got it today & the gal at the drive through tells me it’s already used or expired– it states it’s good for another week on my Starbucks app. Ok, then separate my order please so I get a star for each drink– to which she says, «I’m new and it’s too busy.»
Wow, that’s customer service?! I think Mc Donald’s is more professional. Very disappointed.

I drove thru today on my break from work and whoever helped me gets 5 stars. I came in for a hot green tea and the girl on the other end of the mic noticed my voice sounded a little rough and offered to put lemonade and honey in my tea. I didn’t even know I could get lemonade in my tea! I then had to wait a minute because I had ordered a bagel toasted. She stood at the window and had a friendly conversation with me. I don’t want to be all weird, but it was just very good service so whoever was working the window at 10:03 on Feb 16 you did a great job! Thank you :)

Dissapointed I usually call In a traveler ahead of time called one in at 9:12 arrive at the location and get told they have to start all over again bcus they left the bean grinds in there .i have to work soon wich is why I called in ahead of time now I’m going to be late. Will be just ordering my coffee from Krispy Kreme from now on .yes it’s less quality but the service is better .the two stars I do give are for the barista ringing me up at leas she was polite and nice

I have been to so many Starbucks in town and have to say this one by far has the best customer service. I just went to purchase gift cards for Christmas and the lady who helped us (Emmalynn) was excellent. She was very helpful and patient. For myself this goes a long ways especially during the holidays.

Uhh, I thought Starbucks was known for their customer service. Apparently not at this store. When my best friend and I pulled up to the window to pay, we sat in the car for seven minutes before we were greeted. In fact, we were never even greeted. I saw my coffee sit on the counter the whole time we were being ignored. Both our coffees weren’t that good and weren’t given to us until after we paid, which was another long process. Come on guys.

This is my favorite Starbucks location, I’ll come here over all the other Modesto locations.
Service is mostly fast, my drink is made correctly and the baristas are friendly. The only downside would be that sometimes the drive thru has a bit of a wait but its made up with the friendly service.

Need coffee Check, Needed a place to work remote because I don’t have internet at the house today Check. What more can you want? Staff is nice and fast. I could be in the office but other in the sun its so much better.

I’ve never had a problem with them until today. I went in to order an orange mango lemonade blended smoothie with some raspberry syrup on the top. To start off, the lady didn’t ask me what size I wanted, she pretty much just chose it for me and when I got to the window and mentioned it, she told me she could only give me a grande. Second, the drink tasted disgusting! I clearly stated no banana and the smoothie only tasted like banana, and it was not even blended, it was all liquidy. I understand they were busy but it was not fair to have to pay for a gross drink that did not even taste like what it looked like.
Also, when my BF and I order extra caramel drizzle on frapuccinos, they add a tiny bit. When we have to pay extra for it, so unfair! I’m so upset! Will not be returning to this location!

I like this starbucks. The drive thru is usually pretty fast and the customer service is always courteous. Usually come through the drive thru and not inside but when I have been inside the seating area is small although there is a large outside patio area if you can catch a seat before it’s all taken (:

I have to say, Stacey’s service via the drive thru was commendable considering her lack of resources. She informed everyone politely of the items that they were lacking and apologized as would anyone, but she recommended substitutions which is something the average café au lait personnel doesn’t do. She gave very friendly service and was considerate to her customers! She is what made this a 4 star experience! And despite the line she divided my order as requested! Outstanding job Stacey!!!
The drink and butter croissant were up to par and would get a 3 star rating… the typical rating. It’s the service that either makes it or breaks it!

This drive-​thru is a chatty, friendly one. I like that. Helps me get out of my zombie/​tired mode!
I love that it has indoor seating and a lot of outdoor seating too.
Clean, and well stocked with all the sandwiches, cakepops, salads and goodies.
My usual drink is: Venti Iced Breve Latte, with Sugar free Vanilla–
and when I don’t want caffeine I get an Iced chocolate milk, it is divine, but don’t share with your kids, because they will be hooked!
And did you know, they have a metal VIP Rewards card that you can earn through their rewards program. If you go often ask for the rewards information.
The only reason why they don’t get 5 stars in my book, is because this isn’t a 24 hour location.
