Good location, the lady that works in the morning is grumpy and does not listen to orders correctly in the drive thru. The girl in the evening is cute and has an amazing attitude. All depends on what time you go I guess

Love this Starbucks. Once in awhile I have to get my drink in Oakdale and 2 out of 5 times the drink I get there is not made right. I commute through
when I taste my drink as I drive towards Riverbank and if it is made incorrectly I just stop in Riverbank. When I stop in Riverbank Starbucks they happly make it correctly for me with no question. Great costumer service even if I am not turning in a crappy drink from Oakdale Starbucks. Great location too.

Not busy in the lobby. All the girls had. bad attitude. No cream out had to ask for it. All around poor costumer service. Never go to Starbucks in Riverbank ca. Drive the extra couple miles to Oakdale.

Again a long wait and drink made wrong. Ordered and charged for a venti got a grande. When he returned with the corrected drink no smile or apology. Seems to happen frequently with this crew. 11-​30-​2015 @4:45pm. I would understand if they were busy but only 2 cars ahead of me and none behind me. Ill still come here though because I usually receive good customer service here.

Worse experience ever!!! If you cannot get a simple black coffee with very little cream with 1 Splenda correct, then you DO NOT belong working there!!! This is ridiculous. I will continue to tell others to go to other Starbucks location because this place needs to be trained again!!! Taking this to region!!!

This is one of my favorite locations. Customer service is always consistently friendly no matter which employees happen to be working that day. They also do a great job of navigating through a busy rush hour. The line can get backed up and they handle it with grace… My drinks are always good, and they always have a variety of snacks to choose from. Love this location keep up the good work :)

I have been a loyal customer coming to this particular Starbucks for the past 3 years and never have I experienced such distasteful customer service from Barista Jessica. Not only was she short with her rude attitude and argumentative but I left upset. That type of person should not be dealing with the public if she can’t speak to others professionally. I’m not the only customer who has had a bad experience with her and it just amazes me that she still has a job there. I will have to look for another venue to go to if she is working the counter. As someone who worked in the customer service field for 11 years I am deeply disappointed that such negativity was brought into the one place I look forward to going every morning to see the smiling faces of all the happy baristas who know how to give excellent service, to have one bad attitude to ruin the atmosphere

One of the best starbucks I have ever been to. A specific employee always has a smile and great attitude her name is candi. She is always so professional and NEVER RUDE. The best staff ever!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks more since there’s construction at the Claribel Starbucks but I think I actually prefer this one. The Baristas have great customer service, always polite. My coffee and teas always come out just perfect which is great because I am super picky. The service is usually pretty fast as well so that’s another bonus.

Starbucks is kind of like McDonald’s in that they try to all be the same, but some are just better than others. I really like this Starbucks because of the staff. I would call myself an irregular regular. I might go a month between visits but several different people in there will greet me and talk to me like im in there every day. Same overpriced coffee as all the other Starbucks, so I guess they try to outshine the others with charm. No complaints there.

I like this one. Much better than the Target one in the shopping center down the road, but the other Sbux in the same lot is good too. That one is larger than this one. There is a picture of the one in the Crossroads shopping center on this one, but that’s not this one! This one is the original, at the corner of the highway and Oakdale Rd.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area! The staff is great and my drinks are always right. However, today I came in to get some work done and about every ten minutes for the last hour and a half I have heard the manager start yelling at the staff over the most ridiculous things. She is louder than all of the customers combined and extremely rude to the employees. I am appalled by how she is treating her staff. The customer service I receive here is above and beyond the rest of the Starbucks in the area. The staff in this location gets an A+, however this manager gets an F. If I were her employee I would be calling HR about a hostile work environment. I should not be constantly interrupted by a yelling manager in any place of business.

The staff at this particular Starbucks knows just how to brighten my day. I come here in the mornings before work when I really need a pick me up, and I’m never disappointed. The staff seems to know most of the customers on a first name basis, and if they don’t they treat them just as close. My drinks are always brewed to perfection, and delivered in a very speedy, friendly manner. I always walk out the door with a smile on my face.

LOVE, this Starbucks! All the Barista’s are Awesome! Super nice and fun to chat with. Especially when i am in a rush and need to use drive thru. They, Gloria is SUPER nice and the morning crew always makes my drinks yummy! Even though there is another starbucks down the way on Claribel, in the Savemart shopping center. I only go to this one. in the soon to be Golds Gym and CVS shopping center.
