McDonald’s

Went through the drive thru today. I ordered a coffee, with my meal. I sat there and watched the guy put his finger right inside my cup? He then hands it to the girl, and she puts her finger right inside the same cup? WTH? Yuck! I paid for it, then threw it right into the garbage! My tea tastes like water most time? I’m DONE wasting my money at this location! Last time I go here! If I could give zero stars they get it!
Unsanitary!!!

How can you legally sell a hamburger that’s cold, and it was eaten there, not carry out. Should not the meat be a little warm to fight bacteria. What a waste!

I came through and ordered my regular egg white delight meal and when I got to work it was wrong. I called and spoke to mcdonalds employee and they said come by when I could and they would remake my order. I came through this morning and the manager refused to correct this issue. Not okay. I will not be back.

So here we go again I’m serious no one should be buying food here they should be shut down and no one answered at the corporate office there was a fly in my frys so gross there was pieces of the flys body on my frys

My food was good except my LARGE FRENCH FRIES there was only a quarter of the LARGE FRENCH FRIES if I would of ordered a SMALL FRENCH FRIES I would of had more FRIES what a joke I didn’t want to go back because I was home already so I called and I spoke to the manager and I told her about it and she was questioning me if I ate the FRIES that was missing and she made it seem like I was trying to get something for free what a joke I was thinking of going there and give her $ 3 so she can buy her self a HAPPY MEAL I am never going there, ALWAYS CHECK YOU FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT

This place sucks except for the fries and the soft serve. I’m talking all mickey D’s worldwide. Except for in Hawaii where I got linguica and rice on the menu and I suppose other countries where the menu is better.
If i could i would give half a star.

Today when I went to the McDonald’s in Riverbank on Patterson and Oakdale, I was given small sodas instead of larges with my large combo meals. Then the boy told me to pull around front to wait for my meals. I declined politely, but he told me I had to pull around if I wanted my food because there were customers behind me. I explained it was only one car, and I ordered and paid before he did, therefore I should receive my food before he did. I mean, it’s fast food, not «fast for some people, but you have to wait» food. I’ll also add that I didn’t have any special requests that would make my food take longer, so I thought I was being pretty reasonable.
He said that the man behind me needed his food and I was rude for making him wait. When I told him I would stay put, he promptly told me to return my drinks for a refund. When I was refunded, I was given almost $ 2 less than I had paid. I pulled around and went inside to correct it. I had my receipt that proved my payment of $ 25.12 and also his refund receipt that proved he had given me back $ 23.54, so there was no way they could dispute what I was owed. Luckily, a (MUCH NICER) employee correct the refund and apologized. As I was leaving, I could hear her telling him he could not force refund a customer. I understand it was one employee, but I refuse to ever eat at a McDonald’s location again if they continue to force customers to pull around to wait for their food. This is not the first time I’ve been told to pull around, and not the first time I’ve been given lip about not wanting to, but it will certainly be the last.

If you enjoy eating like shit and celebrating the praise of mediocrity, come here! Lord knows I love me some syrup infused breakfast sandwich with a large cup of sugar water. Get in my belly!!! Also, it’s always the perfect solution to when you’re in the mood to be treated like shit and get exactly what you didn’t want. I give them two stars for the magical secret portal you enter through their mop closet. I highly recommend. That shit was a trip!!!

How lovely is it to. come up to the window and have somebody sitting on the window ledge with their back facing you? Well, go through the drive thru and find out. This jack a$$ did not budge, just kept rotating on his butt and did not say a word. Pretty lame. Thats worse than a slap to the face.

They have the worst customer service when it comes to the drive through. The only good thing about this Mc D’s in their play yard for toddlers.

This mcdonalds is TERRIBLE for people with allergies! They don’t work with you or substitute an item for people who are allergic to gluten. Unlike every other fast food place around here. Even though they HAVE gluten free subsitutes that cost way less then the gluten item. It’s bad business and shows one more reason this mcdonalds has TERRIBLE customer service and it is loud and clear that it starts from the top! Come on mcdonalds. You can do better than that!

It’s McDonalds, so really you can’t complain to much ya know?
You get what you pay for and when it come to how long it takes using the drive thru, it’s really is hit or miss.
But if you see that the line is going out of the parking lot and basically into the street, one would think to park and go inside (probably take the same amount of time anyways) or drive on over to KFC, Jack in the box, Taco Bell, Carls Jr.
Still $ 1 buck for a large drink and under $ 4 for mini meal. All in all it’s decent, a quick bite and still McDonald is the only fast food French fries I like.

All trash can were full to top inside restraunt, tables that were empty all dirty terrible terrible clean place who wants to eat in a dirty restraunt?

I use to work here. Your gonna get someone who bytches and complains at some point. And if the Noobs aren’t doing there job, then ask for the manager. Like people in general or what not or people’s teens have not worked at a fast food restaurant. So stop complaining and if you don’t like it go to another one, then again. Not every Mcdonalds, or any other fast food chain is perfect.. and there is no such thing as PERFECT!

Ordered 5 Frappes and they got 4 of them wrong. They made a big fuss of me trying to use legit 1 $ off coupons I got from them. I had 3 coupons and it said, one per item. The lady in charge came over to address us to tell us no about the coupons then went in the back, came back and said we could use them. She (Nicole) was
Visibly irritated and began setting down the food we ordered aggressively. This is when I realized the drinks were wrong. At this point I requested my money back. She wanted my husband to sign a receipt and when he refused she acted like the Mc Donald’s Police and said, fine! I’ll write down, refused to sign. LMAO
We were still dealing with the manager,“Nicole” and she was so flustered that she gave us 4 extra dollars along with our coupons. Lol! The workers were horrible. They had zero customer service! As far as I see it, that extra money was for our inconvenience.

Horrible!!! Service sucks! Food there sucks! Always cold and like leftover! Filthy dirty disgusting! This McDonald’s is NOT even an option for me anymore!!! Will starve before I ever go here again! I should have stuck to eating at Unos!!! McDonald’s…“Your F@#king Out!!!”

filthy dirty play area for kids they can care less/​odd! and usually those workers have kids of their own too, treat others how you would want to be treated.

Drove through the drive thru last night around 8:45 because I had a late night craving for some yummy, hot fries. My friend and I each ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget meal with fries and a soda. We got our food quick and were on our way. Cool, right? Nope. Both the chicken nuggets AND the fries were lukewarm at best. We got such speedy service because they gave us old food! Ugh! There’s nothing worst than cold fast food. If it wasn’t raining so hard, I would have driven back and made them remake my food.
WORD OF ADVICE– check and make sure your food is hot before you leave (especially if you go through the drive thru) OR ask for fries with no salt. They automatically add salt to fries after they cook them so if you say no salt, they have to fry up a new batch.
