I will never come here again. The meal was expensive for what you receive.
$ 9.00 meal gets you three wimpy pieces of tenders, little serving on potatoes, Cole slaw and no sauce. Tenders were dry and tough.
Poor value.

Stuck in the drive through because their speaker is broken and everyone has to order from the window and wait till their food is prepared and served before the next person can even pull forward and order. Why not have an employee take orders outside over radio headset like at in-​n-​out? Worst management ever.

Food was OK. They gave us the wrong order. It was close enough and it had a couple extra things on it so we did not complain.
Lobby was dirty — chairs, tables, and floor was sticky and not clean. My wife went to the ladies restroom and said it was the worst she has seen in a while.
The front cashier was super friendly but over worked — not enough people on shift.

I’ve tried to give this place a few chances but they sucked they can never get my orders right. And yet again we gave them another chance and they got our order right but it took 30 minutes to get it. Think I’ll be going to Modesto to get chicken from now on.

Saw an employee drop tongs on the floor and placed it back to serve customers. Unsanitary.

This the worst of the worst when it comes to KFC. Took 15 minutes to get food and I was the only customer in the drive through. Got the $ 20 family fill up and they did not include 2 of the sides. And we got mash bowl with chicken on the side. They kept the extra chicken. Instead they gave us a cookie we did not order. This would be a simple fix if we lived in Riverbank, but we live in Sonora and were picking up dinner to bring home to the family. When I called the manager, he was less than interested in their lack of service and more concerned with letting me know they don’t allow substitutions on the family fill up. Substitutions! Hey asshat how about you just give me what I paid for!

Has to be one of the worst kfc’s I have ever been too. Not only did it take forever to place my order but then it took me to repeat it twice for her to get it right then when I get to the window I’m still waiting another five minutes and she wasn’t able to charge correctly so she had to be charged my card Poor girl that I have for Dr Pepper she said I don’t have any so I asked what do you have then she said just root beer I guess that’s all they serve well what can I expect when you’re going to KFC

WORST!!! worst and slowest!!! went earlier tonight to order. waiting for 5 minutes while there was a guy who was ordering, and then the cashier told the next customer to wait. there were 2 of them putting the chicken in the box. was waiting for a while and asked them how long we need to wait to be able to order. just left before i shove their chicken to their face. not coming back to this store!

If it wasn’t so dang hot during the summer and if my kids didn’t love root beer floats and buckets of chicken for picnics or heck when I don’t wanna cook and of course their deals then I truly wouldn’t be coming here. It never a fails to have an order mess up while in the drive thru, and always having to pull to the front to wait for some type of item. (guess I shouldn’t complain to much since at least it’s fresh enough) I will say customer service has always been good with me. And they really do have good deals for certain days of the week or if you get a coupon in the mail. All in all, it’s KFC/A&W and it brings me back to feeling like a kid when ever my dad (couldn’t cook to save his life) had to make us kids dinner.

I love KFC, but there is something seriously wrong with this location. I waited 35 minutes today for my order. Everything was ready too. It just needed to be bagged up. This is not fast food.

Had there of been a selection for ZERO stars, I’d of chosen that. Yeah, I know, it IS KFC. I get that. But the only thing I wanted was a drink and a small order of french fries. Worst customer service ever! There was one car in front of me in the drivethru and one car behind me. They give me my drink and tell me to pull around front for my small order of fries. Seriously??? If I wanted to go around front, I’d of parked and went inside. So, I do as they ask, pull around front, and I park next to the guy that was in front of me in the drive-​thru. Then about a minute later, the guy behind me, pulls up and parks as well? Can they not ever fill a friggin’ order AT THE DRIVETHRU? ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. CLOSE THE DRIVETHRU IF YOU HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO RUN IT! Worst KFC service in history!

I haven’t eaten at a KFC in probably 10 years, but I was excited when I drove by and saw that they had some healthier options since the last time I was there. When I pulled into the drive through, I was told it would be 17 minutes before my grilled chicken would be ready. I didn’t order anything special or any substitutions and it was going to be 17 minutes. I’ll keep looking.

Beyond bad. The dirtiest kfc, or fast food chain I’ve ever been to. Please avoid this place at all cost. It’s gross, unclean & unsanitary. I don’t know why you would want to eat anything out of a place like that. Go to another kfc. Just not this one. There wasn’t even a clean place to sit or eat. The end don’t go

This was beyond bad! When I entered there were 8 people waiting for their orders, some ladies were giving their orders and I was next to give mine. After the ladies finished their order the cashier (a manager btw) asks for me to wait a moment…(((20 mins later))) I’m still «waiting a moment» =/​only 3 of the 8 who were waiting for their food received it and all those orders had been wrong of course. It was like it was every employees first night EVER working at a KFC. Believe it or not only 6 people have built up behind me at this point but we’ve all become acquainted and frustrated. Finally my son ask why I would wait THIS long?!
Thinking he’s right, I loudly announce «THEY SUCKED and their corporate office would be hearing from me and walked out and so did two other customers behind me. (That I saw.)

This has got to be the worst fast food restaurant I have ever visited. The last two occasions have taken over 45 minutes total to get our orders. The last one was just 2 chicken littles meals and they got the order wrong. I will never go back to this particular KFC.

We just had the worst fast food experience of our lives at this store. I can not imagine a worse experience. They took our order for 20 pieces and all the fixings and then things went downhill from there. It took 40 minutes to get our meal, did they need to slaughter the chickens first? And then they couldn’t get the order right. They didn’t have regular, only extra crispy. We don’t like extra crispy but we took it anyway, but then they realized that they had not even STARTED to prepare our corn. I was totally amazed at the inefficiency and disorganization of the staff. Three people who ordered after us got their orders before us. And it kept going down from there — bad to worse. To top it all off, everyone knows that chicken is greasy and they have decided that they should offer customers the worst, thinnest, and least absorbent napkins ever.

The last 3 times I have visited this location i have been told that the chicken is not ready and that there is already a 20 minute wait. The last time i decided to wait. The girl at the counter goes back to the manager and says «he says he will wait» Are you serious?! So they don’t want to cook chicken and are running people off? I waited for 40 minutes! This is ridiculous.
