The staff is very nice and personable. They really make you feel at home. Glad I went there for my «Pre-Vacation» tanning needs.

Absolutely love the staff. Kelly, the owner, is a sweetheart and very genuine. 95% of the time I was able to walk right in and get into a bed, for the other 5%, I’ve only waited a max. of 10 minutes. I always got many compliments on my skin color year round and it really seems to last a lot longer than other tanning salons. It may be due to the high quality of the bulbs and beds. A few different ones to choose from and they are fancy! But with high quality comes high prices. The only reason it’s not a 5 Star is the price.

I really like this place. I’ve never really had to make an appointment unless it’s crunch time(May, June, July) even then as long as you make an appt you get right in. The staff has always been friendly, no matter who is working. Prices kinda high but I haven’t compared to any other salons as Ive been tanning here several years now & I’m satisfied here besides the prices

I’ve been to many tanning companies and Planet Beach is the best. I had to cancel my membership due to relocating but I miss this location! That staff was very friendly, especially Becca! Their tanning beds work great!

I’ve been to many different tanning salons in my days and planet beach in Riverbank is the best. The girls and staff are always helpful and friendly and in a good mood. The mystic tan is even a pleasant bronze color and their products are affordable and high quality. If you have an event coming up and need an instaglow this is the place to go! Try the boost or aroma to diminish that«self tan» smell.

The owner reached out to me via Unilocal to tell me that Discover admitted that the EFT problem I experienced was Discovers fault(and not PB). Funny because when I called Discover, they NEVER admitted it was their fault. They told ME that it was Planet Beach’s fault. Also, although I did agree to have my Discover card listed on my contract debited every month, I never agreed to(or signed anything) saying I was OK with them debiting a new card. Sorry but I’m still VERY dissatisfied. I’d rather give my business to a company that cares about their customers than one that just points fingers.

buyer beware!!! my son went in to buy single tanning sessions and was told they only sell them in 6 month packages. being young and uninformed he bought. he was moving out of town to go to school after paying for 2 months. he asked to be released b/c he was moving and they said the owner would have to approve it. she said no, so he is paying for months and not even living here. plus had to pay another 2 months of cancellation fees. courtney was not being truthful. i went in and found out you can buy single tans!!! i asked for kelly, the owner, to call me… but haven’t heard a word from her. shame on you courtney for being very decietful in your business practices. and shame on kelly for allowing it!!!

Excellent environment to escape life’s stresses and to make time for yourself to settle down and relax. I love the hydro bed. My skin has improved so much since I have joined Planet Beach. The Spa is always very clean and everyone who works there is wonderful. I always feel welcome while I am there and leave feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of my day.

My place for a quick escape. I love the hydration bed then follow up with a tan. The ladies that work here(including the owner) are super sweet and very friendly/helpful.
