Everytime I try to go here, «since I live around the corner» they treat me and my family like crap. Extremely poor customer service. The Manager Shelly has a bad attitude and likes to throw things around to show she is upset. After I requested extra toasting they gave me a sandwich that was so soggy it was falling apart. Mind you, there was zero sauce on the sandwich. Had to take all the food back. Bacon wasn’t even cooked right. Sick of there bad attitudes and nasty food. Go home if you don’t want to work there. Don’t take your bad day out on me, I’m just trying to give you my money. Guess you don’t want it. my son use to work there. He quit working there because the owner was a jerk. Even though there was bad blood, our family continued to eat there. Last Wednesday we went in to eat dinner. The trainee who was working made our sandwiches so terrible they looked more like salads not sandwiches. We explained the problem to the person in charge and she was rude and discourteous. The owner decided to look up my address from my sons personal file and filed a complaint with the Riverbank Sheriffs. The Sheriffs department came to my house this afternoon and told us the owner«Kevin Lee» said we are not welcome back at that Subway. After nearly ten years of eating there, the owner tells us we are not welcome. All of this because of his bad blood with our son and after his employee was completely rude and lacked customer service. If anything, he should have came to our house and apologized. This guy obviously doesn’t appreciate his customers or need any. Wow! This world is so backwards.

Wow! Do I review the service or the food first?!? Food is easy… If you’re looking for inexpensive sandwich this is the place. If you’re watching your health or on weight watchers it’s a great option! Now for the service… I will mention that a gentleman was working I believe by the name of James who gets a kudos for being friendly w every customer he handled. Unfortunately he wasn’t who helped us. A young lady by the name of Mariah helped us. She either was having a REALLYBADDAY or her attitude for life just sucks in general. Being someone that works w the public I strongly suggest training for her and possibly your overall staff as basic requests should be just another piece of your day. However what we asked apparently irritated her. She asked questions in a drill Sergeant manner and had no personality. First she was very irritated that I asked her to change her gloves when she went from working w meat.(Not just taking out of packages but manipulating on the bread) to working on my VEGETARIAN sandwich. I even said no to cheese. Somewhere that should have hit her that I wouldnt want her meat gloves on my food. I laughed after I asked her and said its only because you touched the meat, I’m not really that picky! She just stared at me and said what else on your sandwich. With each item she just repeats anything else, anything else. No small talk, no smile. Now mind you this is fast food I’m not asking for a conversation but every other person manages a smile but not her! So for the food I always say 3 – 4 stars you know what you are getting, it’s not gourmet but it’ll fill you! But I cannot in good conscienceness put those stars as my overall review because in a restaurant fast food or otherwise its your staff that makes the experience unfortunately for us our experience wasn’t great, wasn’t even good because of a single person! In customer service I hate to call anyone out but in this case I don’t know how else I would go about getting her more training! So if you go and get James(or the gentleman working today) or any other number of servers you’ll probably do ok… If not, hopefully it will be after some additional training!

Looks like $ 5 foot longs are no more. I appreciated the sandwich maker washing his hands after handling money prior to making my sandwich. However, I did not appreciate the missing mayo and mustard. He never even offered. Put the meat on the sandwich and said«what else do you want» I said everything, like lettuce, tomatoe, etc… when it was done I realized there were no condiments offered when I said something he acted like it was too late, explaining to me that it goes on the bottom. So beware, you now have to ask for condiments they do not seem to be offered anymore. Restraunt was clean and appeared organized.

Not organized at all. Communication with customers and each other is horrible. I was buying just two sandwiches and they switched the orders with different breads. The girl was doing a good job then another guy employee came to «help» and he just started to take over the order. Wrong bread with wrong ingredients in it. I just walked out and told them they need to up their game.

Chitty service. Owner has nooooo customer appreciation and their«service» says it all. I try to go to Oakdale instead. Basic. nothing special. Assembly line sandwiches. No eye contact. No smiles. Had to beg for extra sauce. Only go if your in a hurry!

$ 5 footling is always a great inexpensive and healthy way to go if your looking for something quick. Service is surprisingly good considering the production line format. Employees are usually young high school/post high school kids, however they are always polite and friendly. It’s Subway, you can’t miss on this one.

The guy that works there. wish I would of looked at his name tag is super polite. Every time he asked me if I wanted something on my sandwich is was always«Miss». Even though I am a Mrs. gotta give the guy credit, especially after we had a horrible experience at Gamestop next door. I had a smile walking out of here. Super clean bathroom’s too!

Just like all of the other Subways this one is pretty str8 forward. Staff is friendly and they get your order right. What else can you ask for when your paying $ 5 for a footlong… Go on Sundays cause all day long all of there footlong’s are only $ 5. Not bad…
